Description

At this point you might be a bit burnt out from planning, well, everything! So let me help you with those additional gatherings surrounding your big day. ​ I can assist with bookings, reservations, setup, decorating, venue research, vendor coordination, guest experiences, and in-person support. Packages range from $500 - $900 depending on scope of the event.

My goal is simple: to travel efficiently, arrive prepared, and provide the same level of care and attention that you would receive locally. ​All travel arrangements will be reasonable for both you and me. Travel-related costs are kept fair and transparent – costs are simply passed through at the rate available at the time of booking. ​Travel Related Costs: Meal Stipend Roundtrip Flights Overnight Accommodations Drive Time Compensation

I will coordinate all the details from four weeks out and will be there to ensure your event goes smoothly from venue walk–thru, vendor management, the rehearsal, and 12-hours of wedding day assistance.

    An Incredible Event Planner Who Makes It Look Easy

    I had the opportunity to work closely with Candace during my time as Alumni Director for Idaho State University, and she was outstanding. She consistently planned and executed events that were exceptionally well organized, beautifully decorated and welcoming. Her attention to detail, ability to create an inviting atmosphere and talent for drawing a great crowd made every event a blast. One of the things I appreciated most was how seamlessly everything ran. The food was always excellent, the logistics were handled effortlessly and I never had to worry about the event itself. Because Candace had every detail under control, I was able to focus on what mattered most: building relationships with alumni and guests. She is professional, creative and dependable.     Perfect wedding day
