Wingwoman Saved Us
I would highly recommend using Wingwoman Weddings! They made our lives SO much easier. The planning begins early and you're thankful you have them on your side, but then the wedding week starts and you're REALLY happy you have them. Can't recommend enough!

Wingwomen weddings is phenomenal to work with! After booking our venue, my partner and I had no clue what to start with next. Lucy went above and beyond to get us organized and ready for our big day. She gave awesome vendor recs and tools to keep us on budget and ahead of tasks. She had worked with our venue (Alta Peruvian) before many times and had insider knowledge of the staff, the floor plan, and opportunities for decor. Anytime we had a question or request, she would offer advice or take on the task. On the actual day, she seamlessly coordinated all the rentals, the caterers, the dj, and probably a hundred other things I didn’t even realize. Lucy and her team were the best money we spent on the weddings and thanks to her it was a magic, perfect day!

Hiring Lucy was one of the best decisions we made!
Lucy and her Wingwoman team were absolutely AMAZING. Hiring her was genuinely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Everything ran more smoothly than we ever could have hoped, especially given a scary weather forecast. So many of our guests went out of their way to tell us how impressed they were by Lucy and how seamlessly everything was handled throughout the entire event. From the very beginning, Lucy was incredible at communicating. She was always available to answer questions, talk through ideas, and help us navigate all the little details that come with planning a wedding. She made the entire planning process so, so much easier and was such a calming presence whenever something felt stressful or overwhelming. She went above and beyond to make sure every part of our vision became a reality, and on the wedding day itself, we were able to be completely present and enjoy ourselves because we knew she had everything handled. I truly cannot say enough good things about Lucy and the Wingwoman team. She is organized, responsive, thoughtful, incredibly good at what she does, and just an all-around wonderful person to have by your side on your wedding day. I would trust her with my life and hire her 10x over if I could.

Hire Wingwoman for a Stress-Free Wedding!
Lucy (head Wingwoman) and Sarah (associate Wingwoman) were literal godsends to make our DIY/out of town wedding dreams come true! Lucy met with us several times leading up to the event - both in person and virtually, since we are not local. She worked around our schedule for all meetings, which was so helpful given our work and travel schedules. She made sure to ask detailed questions about what our vision was for the day, and even prompted us to consider things we hadn't thought through yet. She and Sarah were there for our venue walkthrough, where she was just as knowledgable about the space (Alta Peruvian Lodge) as the venue owner! In the several weeks before the event, we had several calls and many many emails to iron out final details - the team was SO helpful in planning logistics, making recommendations for vendors, providing advice for decor, and handling all final vendor contact. We kept saying that every time we chatted with Lucy and Sarah we left the conversation feeling so much more at ease and less stressed. On the day-of, Sarah was our main point of contact and was incredible at keeping everything running smoothly and handling snafus on the fly. One of my bridesmaids even said she was the best wedding coordinator she's seen (and she's been in a lot of weddings). Wingwoman also provided staff (for hire) for extra help on the day-of. Sarah and her team handled setting up the decorations in such a beautiful way. We were so grateful for Lucy and Sarah. As a high strung, type A person, I have a high bar for event planning, and they blew me away!

Lucy rules!
Lucy is the absolute best and our day would not have been the same with out her. She somehow mixes professional with chill in a way that makes you feel taken care of without being overbearing or forceful. She is a pleasure and 10/10 would recommend
