We love Hagir!

First off, let’s start with the fact that Hagir is the kind of person that makes you feel seen. Within the first few mins of our consultation with her (and we had several before her), we knew she was the right person to help get us across the finish line with our planning. She asked the best questions, she was excited about us and for us, and was so warm! Honestly, we didn’t expect more than what the other coordinators said they do, but Hagir was genuinely invested in us, in our wedding day and in making sure our families and friends felt comfortable. We had several virtual calls with her over a 9-month period, she checked in on us by email and by text and overall wanted to make sure we were on track and feeling good. Her demeanor is calm and confident, always smiling, and if there was a fire burning in our venue, I never would have known. We are so grateful for all that Hagir and her team did before, during and even after the wedding day. She created this incredibly sweet photo album of photos and videos that happened throughout the day, capturing moments that I don’t even think the photographers got, and sent it to us the very next day! Working with Hagir was such a wonderful experience from the very beginning! She has this incredibly warm and reassuring presence that immediately makes you feel like everything is going to be okay, and then she backs that up by staying on top of everything! Her communication was top tier throughout the entire process. She was responsive, organized, proactive, and always made sure we knew what was happening and what needed our attention. And we had a lot of details to keep track of! On the wedding day, having her there gave us such peace of mind and really made us feel at ease, especially when some family members needed some managing. She kept everything moving on time without us feeling pressured; she was calm, kind, but firm, and we really just loved having her there. We felt really taken care of during the planning process and on the day of, with Hagir and her team moving quietly but swiftly behind the scenes. 100% recommend Hagir & Day-Of & Co.!

Hagir was extremely detailed and had the wedding running super smoothly. She will make sure that you get everything you need done on your wedding day! By the end of the wedding it really seemed like she was more of a family member to the bride and groom as opposed to someone who was just a vendor doing a job. I would leap at any opportunity to work with her again!

Hagir is phenomenal! She stepped in for our original coordinator and didn't miss a beat. The communication was top tier, she even had copper Bobby pins to match my red hair when I needed to fix my veil. Anything that my husband or myself requested she made happen, she made sure we stuck together the whole night, and even when some people were rude she handled it with so much grace. Some of the women in my family are a tough crowd and even they raved about her lol! Hagir, thank you for making our day so incredible!
