We are a full service event planning company. We love wedding planning and look forward to speaking with you and sharing how we can ensure your event is a memorable. We specialize in attention to detail and making sure your event runs efficiently and smoothly. Regardless of the event site, size, or budget, we place a premium on attention to detail and design. We make sure the event fits your personality in every way possible. We'll work to make your dreams a reality.

I only work with a few clients so that I can truly focus on their events. This allows me to spend more time with my couples curating the most perfect event possible! Whether you are planning a wedding for 300 or for 50 I look forward to designing a package that meets your needs, expectations, and budget.

    She's the real MVP

    Michelle was incredible! She was so responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Every time there was a hiccup or I had a question as a first-time bride, she either had an answer or offered to help me figure it out. Thanks to her, I was able to fully enjoy our wedding day without worrying about all the moving parts behind the scenes. I’m so grateful for all of her help and couldn’t recommend her more!

    Highly responsive coordinator

    Michelle was fantastic from the very first introductory call. We clicked right away and I knew she was exactly the person I needed to help manage our wedding day. She's direct, but always polite, incredibly responsive, and constantly thinking about what's ahead, including contingencies, reminders, and all the little details that could fall through the cracks. As an experienced project manager, I can confirm Michelle's got your back. Our wedding day had a chance of rain and the possibility of switching to the rain plan, but Michelle handled the intermittent sprinkles very well, improvising in real time to keep most of our planned event activities outdoors as much as possible while making sure everyone remained comfortable, as well as a backup plan for our live harpist. Trust her to do the job well and she'll make you feel prepared and supported :)

    We loved working with Michelle for our wedding! We had her for day/month of coordination and she was very helpful sorting out the final details and logistics. Highly recommend!

    I wasn't sure if I needed a wedding coordinator/planner, but I decided to hire Michelle as our month-of-coordinator to help reduce my stress levels. What a great decision that was! Michelle was amazing to work with and was a vital part of making our day run smoothly. The work she did on our wedding day allowed my husband and I and our families to have a stress-free day. She also made my life a lot easier the month leading up to the wedding, which is a very overwhelming time. I cannot recommend Michelle enough for your wedding!

    Michelle is AMAZING!!!

    We hired Michelle as a month-of-coordinator for our wedding and honestly went in to it expecting more of a day-of coordinator to organize the family and friends that were helping with setup for the wedding. However, Michelle quickly became an indispensable part of our wedding planning and actively went above and beyond what we could have imagined. She was so kind, patient, and incredibly on the ball during the whole process. I cannot recommend her enough. When the month started, she immediately took over the email communications with all of our vendors and solved problems before we even knew they existed. She always asked the right questions and made sure to keep us on track in the final stages of planning. During the rehearsal, she was so helpful with our family and friends that had never rehearsed for a wedding before. On the day of, Michelle was incredible. I cannot recommend her enough. She was in charge of the decorations for the entire reception area (pictured) and did a fantastic job. She was always there to make sure we knew what the next step was (from picture time to first dance to last call on the photo booth). I truly did not have to worry about a single thing with Michelle there. She even made sure that my husband and I had a moment to ourselves after the ceremony. I didn't have to ask for it, Michelle just knew that we needed it. Thank you so much, Michelle!!!

You will be working with me, Michelle. I am the owner of Easy Event Ideas and I never contract out my services. Depending on the size of your event and the package you pick you may have an assistant onsite at your event with me but I will always be there!
I do plan other events. Anything you're looking for just ask!
I never take on more than one event a day/weekend. Or even a month! I like to be able to fully concentrate on my clients!
With over 18 years of professional experience in wedding and event planning I have personally executed hundreds of events with a wide range of aesthetics, intricacies, and budgets. I have a BA from Carleton University and a Masters from the University of South Florida. While at both institutions I worked in on-campus event management. I then went on to work full time in events management in the university setting for 8 years. I opened EEI in 2015, after realizing I wanted to get back into more intimate event planning, and have been planning weddings ever since!
