Kelly Handled Every Detail
Kelly was incredible! She has every contact you could possibly need, whether you’re going all-out or keeping things simple. We didn’t have to lift a finger—we just got to relax, be present, and actually enjoy every minute of our daughter’s wedding. With only a short window before the big day, we realized it would be so much easier on our guests if we provided transportation from the Grand Galvez to the church and back to the hotel for the reception. Kelly handled every detail with a private company and it was seamless. The next day she even took care of returning everything—the cake plate, the tux, all of it. We had a couple of guests with dietary restrictions, and she and her assistant Amanda made sure that was completely covered. If my husband or I even thought about wanting a drink while we were walking around greeting people, one of them somehow appeared with it in hand. Kelly doesn’t just understand her job—she has an innate understanding of what it means to be the parents of the bride and how to make the whole experience easier on you. Both she and Amanda are friendly, steady when you’re stressed, funny, and genuinely personable. They’re simply the best event planners you could hope for. When my daughter’s veil got left at the hotel right as the ceremony was about to start, they used their connections and somehow it magically showed up at the church with time to spare. Anything we needed to keep—family heirlooms and the rest—they carefully got back into our car or our room afterward. I can’t recommend Kelly and Eventology highly enough. We had so much fun that we’re seriously thinking about throwing a big party for our friends every five years just so we can do it all over again!

Brides Take Note!
Kelly is excellent and is somebody you want to work with on your special day. Our venue required a wedding coordinator for the last six weeks of the wedding. I am grateful that they did because otherwise I would not have met Kelly. She shared with me she once taught school. She demonstrates compassion, organization, and a can-do attitude which speaks to her career as a teacher as well. Kelly navigated the last six weeks of the wedding with calm and grace. She was also a great resource for everything wedding! Our daughter had a floral vision that I would’ve never been able to have accomplished without Kelly. She pointed me in the right direction and it was truly magical. Thank you Kelly for what you do!

The best in the business
Hiring Kelly as our wedding planner was the best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process. Simply put, Kelly is the best. Leading up to the wedding I think I texted Kelly at least 10x a day (for MONTHS). She always responded. She was great at managing a somewhat less than organized reception venue (there were some personnel changes) and on the day-of, while I now know there were some behind the scenes hiccups, neither my guests or I knew anything about it. She easily worked a 12 hour day that day. She's been doing this for more than 2 decades, you just won't find anyone better.

Amazing!
Kelly is amazing! She kept everything under control the day of the wedding. When our photo booth vendor was a no-show, Kelly jumped into action and got a replacement before we even knew something happened. She’s very organized and was wonderful to work with!

Fabulous
Kelly with Eventology Weddings was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was responsive and incredibly helpful. They were proactive and so organized, and always able to answer our questions and provide excellent vendor referrals. When we had some last-minute unexpected issues arise, Kelly & team handled them with ease, calmly guiding us through the process. She and her assistant Sandra were so friendly and also pro-active-- thinking of many details we hadn't even considered. We're grateful for their expertise and effort in making our big day perfect.
