If you want an amazing event, hire Everhart Events
Hiring Everhart Events was one of the best decisions we made for our May 23 wedding at Arlo Williamsburg. We contracted with Abby well in advance, and although her formal window began two weeks out, she made herself available long before that to answer questions and offer ideas whenever we needed her. Once we hit that two-week mark, she helped us refine our timeline and understand it fully so we could actually execute it, and she coordinated directly with every one of our vendors and with the venue, by both email and phone, to make sure everything aligned. Abby is communicative, structured, and extremely organized. She met with us as often as we wanted, was always responsive, and kept everything moving without ever making us feel managed. Her assistant Katie was a true extension of Abby: just as experienced and prepared, she covered the areas Abby couldn't be in at once, kept people organized, and helped everything stay on track. Together they were an exceptional team. Everything was so well organized, so much so that we got to be fully present and enjoy our day. Our families and friends found them respectful, fun, and on top of every detail. Honestly, after this experience we think of Abby as a dear friend. If you want a team that will let you enjoy your own wedding, or any event you’d like to throw, we recommend Everhart Events wholeheartedly.

Abby is THE BEST!
Abby is THE BEST! Every event she plans is beautifully organized, stress-free, and truly exceeds expectations. She not only brings your vision to life, but also ensures the day is absolutely perfect. Amazing Experience
We hired Everhart Events for our son’s wedding being held at our home. As we started to plan this special day on our own we quickly realized the need to have an event planner. We truly wanted to be able to enjoy the day and not worry about every small detail during this very special occasion. Abby helped with coordination of vendors, creation of an event timeline and most importantly being onsite the day of the event. From the day we hired Abby, the relief she provided with her experience and knowledge we quickly knew this was going to be an incredible experience. From the rehearsal dinner to the final song, Abby was in the background making sure that every small detail was taken care of. She seamlessly transitioned the guests from the wedding on one side of our property to the tents across the other side set up for the reception. She made sure the decorations were in place, guests were led to the correct places, vendors knew where to go, food was set up and I could go on and on and on. As the host, mother of the groom and maid of honor - yes all three, Abby made sure I was able to relax and enjoy my son’s entire day without a single worry. I would not hesitate to hire Everhart Events again and highly recommend this vendor to anyone looking for wedding planner.
