I make it my mission to ensure my brides are EMPOWERED to create the wedding of THEIR dreams! So what does a wedding planner do? Consider me your wedding day muscles!! From the first consultation to the final send-off, I will be there every step of the way to ensure a flawless and stress-free experience so you can live your DREAM day. ✨ When I am not planning a dream wedding or an awesome event, you can find me at the pool, the beach, the gym or hunting Tic Tock for the best San Diego eats!

Best Team EVER.
I have to start by saying wow. Just wow! My husband and I are from Las Vegas, NV and decided we wanted to have our wedding in the San Diego area. The Forvermore team was recommended to us by our venue, Milagro Winery, and with my first Zoom call with Stephany I was just completely blown away by her kind heart and passion for helping couples. Stephany and Annie have been there every step of the way which has been incredible for a couple who is not from the area. They gave me professional and insightful advice that was catered to us. They truly took the time to get to know us as a couple, and even me as a person which helped us so much in our interactions and planning process. When the big day came, there were unexpected downpours. Not only did Stephany and her team pivot and communicate to every. single. vendor. I would ask Stephany about something and it was already done! I never even saw her do it! In the moment, I was very anxious about everything going right/exactly how we imagined but even through all the weather changes, Stephany and her team were always there to make the best changes for us, our guests, and our vendors. If I had to do this on my own, it wouldn't even be a fraction of perfection that it was with Forevermore. Please do yourself, your guests, and anyone you hire for your wedding a favor and hire this team. You will thank yourself!

Erika is the best planner!!
Erika was splanner! From our first phone call, we immediately connected, and everything from there was so seamless. On the day itself, Erika was truly a rockstar! She was always one step ahead, thinking of every issues before it even arrived. We can proudly say there was not one thing that went wrong because she was so on top of the day. Erika became more than a coordinator, she was our support system problem solver, and the person who made sure every detail ran smoothly so we could actually enjoy our day. Book without hesitation!
Words cannot describe how happy I am that I went with Stephany and her team for our wedding!! From the very first time we talked, I already felt so connected and comfortable with her and she put me at ease right away. Planning a wedding is extremely stressful, but with Stephany, she takes all the stress away so that you can truly sit back and enjoy the experience! She has an amazing eye for design and will make any of your wedding day dreams come true and will overcome any sort of hurdle! She has the best personality and best team, and I truly am so so thankful for the ForEvermore team being part of our special day. On our wedding day, I did not have to worry about A THING, Stephany made sure everything was going the way it was supposed to and was running our day with such ease and made sure me and my husband had everything we needed. Where do I even begin?! Stephany was a true pleasure to work with in the months leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her! From our very first discovery call, I immediately trusted her expertise and she 100% fit the vibe check :) She made my husband and I feel so comfortable since day 1. Whenever I had questions or struggled with deciding on certain things, Stephany stepped in to offer me different perspectives based on her years of experience. She was always extremely patient with me too! I had sooo many ideas that I wanted to bring to life and Stephany executed every single one of them. She was so easy to communicate with and I never had to follow up on things with her because she was always quick to reply! THE MOST AMAZING COORDINATOR
If you’re wondering whether hiring a wedding coordinator is worth it, let me save you the time: hire Forevermore Weddings. It was, without question, one of the best investments we made for our wedding. Erika was an absolute blessing, and I genuinely cannot imagine our wedding day without her. She is the kind of person every couple hopes to have by their side - calm, organized, kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and somehow always one step ahead. Throughout the planning process, Erika became so much more than a coordinator. She was our guide, our sounding board, and our voice of reason. She regularly checked in with us, answered every question, kept us focused on the details that truly mattered, and even helped us make thoughtful financial decisions when it came to where to invest our budget. At no point did we ever feel like we were navigating the planning process alone. On our wedding day, Erika was absolutely incredible. She checked in with both the bridal party and the groomsmen throughout the day, making sure everyone knew where they needed to be and that everything was running smoothly. She coordinated every vendor, managed the timeline flawlessly, and handled countless details behind the scenes that we’ll probably never even know about. The greatest compliment I can give her is this: as far as we know, not a single issue arose on our wedding day. Whether there were challenges behind the scenes or not, we never felt them. Our timeline unfolded exactly as planned, every transition felt seamless, and we were able to be completely present with our family and friends instead of worrying about logistics. That kind of peace of mind is truly priceless, and it’s entirely because of Erika. Beyond how exceptional she is at her job, Erika is simply an incredible person. She is warm, genuine, compassionate, and so deeply invested in her couples. By the end of the planning process, she felt like a friend rather than just our coordinator, and saying goodbye at the end of the night was honestly emotional. Looking back, I can confidently say she was worth every single penny - and if I’m being completely honest, knowing what I know now, I would have paid even more. The gift of being able to fully enjoy your wedding day without worrying about a single detail is something you simply can’t put a price on.
