Hi! Thanks so much for your interest in working together. I’m Jackie, a Wedding & Event Planner based in Southern California (and beyond, always) I’ve been in the event world for what feels like my entire life. I spent a decade as a professional DJ, years producing corporate events, owned a catering business for a while, and even stepped into private cheffing during COVID. The common thread through it all? I genuinely love throwing a great party.

I work best with clients who appreciate a planner who’s fun, passionate, a little entertaining, and fully invested. I love dreaming big, honoring all cultures and traditions, and creating experiences that feel personal, intentional, and unforgettable. My goal is simple: to make sure your event feels like you, and that you’re actually able to enjoy it.

    Jackie is the best!

    I cannot recommend Jackie enough! I hired her as our day-of coordinator, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She truly helped bring my vision to life while making the entire day feel as stress-free and seamless as possible. Jackie was incredibly communicative, organized, and proactive. She took over communication with our vendors, which was such a huge weight off my shoulders, and made sure everything came together exactly as planned. One of the biggest logistical pieces of our day was flipping the ceremony space into the reception, and Jackie and her team handled it flawlessly. By the time we walked back into the room, everything looked perfect. Her assistants were wonderful as well; helpful, professional, and on top of everything throughout the day. Beyond being great at what she does, Jackie is also just such a kind and genuinely wonderful person to work with. I’m so happy we chose Jackie to be part of our wedding day. She allowed us to actually enjoy the day without worrying about all the little details happening behind the scenes. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator who is reliable, thoughtful, communicative, and truly invested in making your vision happen! Thank you Jackie!

    10/10 wedding coordinator

    Jackie was the wedding coordinator for our wedding in May 2026. She was amazing, super organized and great to work with. We had a couple meetings leading up to the wedding which we went through everything thoroughly which was extremely helpful to make sure everything would be done and ready for the wedding day. She was very knowledgeable about our venue and I liked that we were able to add on extra services through her, as we needed to hire an assistant to help with some stuff. She was very responsive and was able to help with anything that came up. On the actual wedding day, I felt I was able to enjoy everything fully since I didn't have to worry about any logistics. Jackie's services made the day run so smoothly and if I ever plan a huge party again I would definitely hire her!

    Best Coordinator Ever!

    I cannot say enough great things about Jackie. She made me and my partner feel at ease from our first meeting through our wedding day. She was on top of literally everything, and had to deal with more than her fair share of curveballs thrown her way due to a very mediocre venue coordinator. She was kind, reassuring, and made our day that much more amazing. I literally hugged her at the end of the night and told her I loved her, and I wasn’t kidding. I highly recommend hiring her, you will be so glad you did. She is the absolute best!

    Amazing value

    This review is overdue! Jackie went above and beyond as our day-of-coordinator. We threw a backyard wedding in Oct 2025 and did the majority of the planning ourselves, but needed someone to guide us in the final stretch and to be the logistics point-person for day-of. She was that and way more. She met with us in person and via zoom multiple times in the months leading up to the wedding, and was available by text and email when we needed some extra guidance. She always had a fantastic attitude, great advice for our planning, and was well-organized. On the day-of, she was critical to the smooth operation of our wedding, doing everything from managing our entire timeline and all our vendors, to receiving our cake that was delivered during cocktail hour, to releasing our guests to the buffet in a very specific order I wanted (vegetarians first, so they got the limited veg meals!). I love this shot of her in our photo booth! Would definitely recommend Jackie for day-of coordinating, although with the level of engagement and organization she has, I'm sure her full planning services are excellent too.

    May 2026 Bride

    WOW Jackie is absolutely amazing!!! She went above and beyond to make our special day go smoothly and as well as making the planning process a breeze. There was so much communication and organization, I felt assured we were in great hands. Our venue was a little difficult to work with, but Jackie handled it all with grace. Absolutely! We love DIY weddings and customize our services around each couple’s needs. We have staff available to assist with setup, cleanup, hospitality, decor, room flips, bar services, DIY florals, and catering companies that do not provide full-service support. The more hands-on elements involved, the more staffing is typically needed to keep everything running smoothly. We always recommend setting aside part of your budget for staffing support so your family and friends can enjoy the celebration instead of working the event.
Absolutely! I’m available for weddings both locally and nationwide. Outside of California, I’ve worked weddings in Las Vegas, Mexico, Denver, and Kentucky. those are destinations I’m especially familiar and comfortable with, but I’m always excited to take on celebrations in new locations as well. For long-distance and destination weddings, travel and accommodations are required. Locally, I service all of Southern California and anywhere within about a 3-hour driving distance. For local travel, I only charge gas and mileage fees.
