The Coordinator Every Bride Needs

From the planning process all the way through the end of our wedding night, Heather was absolutely amazing. She was there for me long before the actual wedding day, helping me plan, meeting me at the venue, helping with decorations and making sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, she somehow managed to be everywhere at once. She kept me calm, interacted with the guests, handled set up and teardown, and took care of every issue big or small that came up. She was quick to problem solve and improvise and most importantly, she protected me from unnecessary stress so I could actually enjoy my wedding. At one point, another vendor hadn't set up the outside chairs as promised, instead of coming to me, she stepped in and did it herself. I didn't even know there was an issue until later. That says so much about the kind of coordinator she is, she saw what needed to be done and handled it. Beyond everything she physically did for our wedding, she genuinely cared. She was always there for me, talked me down a few times and made me feel like everything was under control, even when things didn't go according to plan. Because of her, I was able to be present and enjoy one of the most important days of my life instead of worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She went above and beyond before, during, and after our wedding, and I am so grateful we had her by our side. The coordinator really can make or break your wedding day experience, and any bride would be incredibly lucky to have her!

Nashville Bachelorette

We had the BEST time celebrating my besties bachelorette weekend in Nashville, and Heather from Front Porch absolutely knocked it out of the park! The “Margs & Matrimony” and “Boot Scoot & Boogie” themes were so fun and perfectly captured the Nashville bachelorette vibe. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and made the weekend feel extra special. The custom balloon arch was definitely a standout! It was absolutely gorgeous and made the perfect backdrop for pictures. You could tell so much time and creativity went into making everything feel personalized to our group.

Front Porch Event did such in amazing job. Everything was beautifully designed with fitting the themes. They pay special attention to detail which made the space feel special for Erin and created the perfect atmosphere for celebrating her Bachelorette party! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for help decorating a space for events.

I couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience with Front Porch events! I rented an arch backdrop for my friend’s bachelorette party (I know little to nothing about the amazing arches that everyone does!), and Heather thought of every little detail. She incorporated a light up “C” for the bride-to-be’s new last name, the perfect matcha green to coordinate with the color we’ll be wearing as bridesmaids, and balloons that brought the gold accents to life. It turned out SO cute! Not only was this my first time coordinating decorations but the party was in Nashville and I needed to transport the decorations down there. Pick-up was easy-peasy, everything transported really well, and Heather gave us clear instructions for setup. We got it put together quickly and easily! Heather was so thoughtful and clearly puts a lot of care into what she does. I truly couldn’t have asked for more and would absolutely recommend her for any event!
