At HARTZ, we believe every love story deserves a beautifully curated celebration. My passion for planning began in childhood, when I organized events in school, as well as large charity events. The true spark came when I planned my own destination wedding in California while living in Chicago—managing every detail from afar. That experience showed me this is what I’m meant to do. With strong organization, creativity, and an eye for detail, I bring heart and harmony to every event, so you can truly enjoy the journey to “I do.”

I believe wedding planning is more than organizing timelines — it’s about bringing dreams to life. The Pinterest board you’ve been curating for months? I take those inspirations and make them a reality, weaving them into your unique story so that every detail feels true to you. With heart, creativity, and calm, I handle the behind-the-scenes chaos so you can be fully present — carrying only the joy while I carry the rest.

    If You’re Planning a Wedding, Hire Hanna

    Hanna was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized, attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure our day was everything we hoped it would be. On the wedding day itself, Hanna was absolutely phenomenal. She handled so much behind the scenes that we were able to completely relax, be present, and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. She was constantly one step ahead, making sure every detail was taken care of and that everything flowed seamlessly. One of the biggest compliments we can give Hanna is how many of our guests commented on how amazing she was. Our family and friends noticed how organized, helpful, friendly, and on top of everything she was. It was not just us who saw how much she was doing. Everyone noticed.     Absolutely Amazing Planner

    Hanna was incredible from start to finish. She made the whole planning process so much easier and took care of every little detail. The day itself was absolutely perfect – everything ran smoothly, looked beautiful, and felt totally stress-free for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better planner. Highly recommend her!
