Hi, I’m Kalani! I believe you should be able to actually enjoy the wedding you’ve spent so much time planning. My job is to take the timelines, vendor communication, last-minute questions, and behind the scenes details off your plate so you and the people you love can be fully present.

What sets me apart is the way I balance operations with personality. I’m always thinking three steps ahead, managing the timeline, vendors, logistics, and little details behind the scenes while still keeping the energy of your day exactly where it should be. Things change, and I think my way through it instead of panicking. I’m proactive, calm under pressure, and never afraid to step in and take the lead. I don’t coordinate from the sidelines I’m right where I need to be, when I need to be there.

    KALANI, WE MISS YOU!

    I seriously can’t recommend Kalani enough. From the start, she was super organized and on top of every detail, which made everything feel way less stressful. Her transparency paired with her ability to problem-solve was the perfect combo. Kalani was always clear and upfront, she quickly communicated any high-priority issues, questions or roadblocks in what we thought was the best way possible. It felt like if anything “small” or “stupid” came up, I didn’t even notice because she handled it. I actually got to enjoy my event instead of worrying. On the day of, everything flowed so smoothly. There was a point when our timeline started to run behind due to vendor issues and she adjusted things in real time and coordinated with vendors to get us back on track without it feeling rushed. She also handled a last-minute seating change for a few guests so seamlessly that no one even realized there had been an issue. We LOVVEEDDD her energy! She’s so lively and easy to connect with, and she didn’t just support me, she connected with my guests too. People were coming up to me talking about how great she was. She’s professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about what she does. You can tell she takes pride in her work. I’m so glad I booked her and would 100% recommend her.

    Stepped in last minute

    I was on a tight budget and couldn’t really afford the service. But she came and helped with my timeline got everybody together. My wedding was exactly as I planned . Worth it

Absolutely! While weddings are my primary focus, I also work with corporate and social events, including birthdays, launches, celebrations, and private gatherings. If you have something worth celebrating, I’d love to hear what you’re planning.
Full-service planning means I’m with you throughout the planning process—helping organize the details, vendors, logistics, timeline, and overall execution of your wedding. Day-of coordination is for couples who have done the planning themselves but want to hand over the reins when it matters most. I step in before the wedding, get familiar with your plans and vendors, and take the lead on wedding day so you don’t have to.
The earlier, the better—especially for popular wedding dates. Full-service and partial-planning couples benefit from booking several months in advance, while coordination can sometimes be booked closer to the wedding depending on availability. Planning something last minute? Still reach out. If I can make it work without compromising the level of service you deserve, I will.

Every wedding is different, which is why I offer several levels of support—from wedding-day coordination to partial and full-service planning. Pricing depends on the scope of your celebration and the support you need. I’ll always be upfront about pricing so you understand exactly what’s included before you book.
Yes. A non-refundable deposit and signed agreement are required to officially reserve your wedding date. From there, we’ll follow the payment schedule outlined in your contract so everything is clear from the beginning.
Yes! With transparency, I’ll help you think strategically about your priorities and where your budget can have the most impact. I’ll also be upfront when something may not realistically fit within the budget, rather than promising something I can’t deliver. Beautiful weddings happen at many price points; thoughtful planning is what makes the pieces work together.
No surprises. Your agreement will clearly outline my services and planning fees before you book. If something outside the original scope comes up—such as additional service hours we’ll discuss it before any additional charge is made. I want you to know what you’re paying for and why.
Yes! I understand that weddings come with a lot of expenses at once, so payment schedules are available. We can structure payments leading up to your wedding date, with the terms clearly outlined in your agreement from the beginning.
