We appreciate all feedback and take every review seriously. However, we do feel some important context was left out of this review, and we would like to respectfully clarify the scope of our services and what occurred that day. BB Event Productions was contracted to provide wedding coordination services. We were not contracted to provide event setup or décor installation, as those responsibilities were being handled separately by the client’s family. Despite setup not being part of our contracted services, our coordinators went above and beyond to assist wherever possible. This included helping transport wine barrels, tables, beverages, and other items approximately 300 yards down a dirt path to help keep the event moving. Unfortunately, our coordinators were also repeatedly subjected to profanity and inappropriate language from the venue manager while trying to assist with issues that were outside of our contracted responsibilities. The situation reached a point where Brenda contacted the groom and explained that if the behavior toward our team continued, we would need to remove our coordinators from the event. Thankfully, our team remained and continued working to support the wedding. When sharing an experience publicly, we believe it is important that the full context and scope of services are represented accurately. We stand behind our team and the effort they made that day, including the additional assistance they provided beyond what we were hired to do. We are sorry to hear that you feel your experience did not meet your expectations. We take tremendous pride in our work and in treating our clients, venue partners, and team members with professionalism and respect. Despite our differences regarding the experience, we sincerely wish you both a lifetime of happiness together.
