I started KH Coordinating because I loved stepping into this role for a friend, and realized that mapping out the day, being the dedicated helping hand, and creating the perfect environment for celebration came naturally to me and brought me joy! My goal in this is to make your wedding day easy and to feel like you have a trusted friend to hand duties off to!

Description	Wedding are one size fits one! Especially if you have entirely customized your day and vision, sometimes you have duties that a traditional vendor, planner, or coordinator doesn't fit the typical mold for. Don't be shy, reach out to me and we fill those gaps together!	The coordination process starts whenever our paths cross! To get to know each other better, I have a questionnaire for you and your partner to complete, which helps me to create a custom quote, draft contracts, and paying a 30% deposit books the service! I check back in 3 months before your wedding, where we touch base and I create a detailed wedding day timeline. From there, we make a plan to ensure you can enjoy your day!

I cannot recommend Kristin enough! She went above and beyond to make our wedding day the best day EVER. From the moment she stepped in, I immediately felt so relieved because I knew I had a trusted partner who would made everything feel effortless and smooth. Kristin anticipated needs, solved little problems before they even became problems, and took care of things without ever making us feel stressed or overwhelmed. There were a couple things that happened that we never even knew about until afterward because Kristin handled them so quickly and seamlessly. Thanks to her, our wedding day felt completely stress-free and, from our perspective, went perfectly without a single hiccup. If you are considering hiring a day-of coordinator, HIRE HER!!! Having someone so organized, proactive, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your day run smoothly is 100% worth EVERY PENNY. She gave us the ability to be fully present and enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about logistics, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did to make our day perfect!!!
