Hello beautiful! My name is Natalie Padovano and I’m a wedding and event coordinator with years of experience of planning special moments. I pride myself on creating a personal relationship with each client in order to make their event as unique and special as they are. My goal as your planner is to ensure that weeks leading up to your event is exciting and fun! Wedding planning does not have to be stressful when you have the right team of vendors by your side that have your best interest at heart.     My wedding day hero!!

    I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to explaining how amazing Natalie and Johanna are. From my very first phone call with Natalie, I immediately felt a connection with her. She was so bubbly, kind, and reassuring, and she made me feel confident from the beginning that she knew exactly what she was doing. She even sent us a handwritten letter after we booked her thanking us, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch! Leading up to the wedding, poor Natalie would receive texts from me at all hours of the night when I was stressing about something. She never once made me feel crazy or judged. She always made me feel heard and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. During our meetings, she was so organized and to the point and helped us curate the perfect timeline for our wedding day. She also provided us with PDFs on everything from how much to tip our vendors, wedding day checklists, and timelines for when everything needed to be done. All of these little resources were SO helpful and made me feel much more prepared. Johanna attended my rehearsal, and I am so grateful that she did. I am not a confrontational person at all, and Johanna was able to stand up for me, communicate my wishes, and make sure everything was done the way I wanted it. Having her there gave me such peace of mind. Then came the wedding day, and these two ladies were truly LIFE SAVERS. I could not be more grateful that I had both Natalie and Johanna by my side. I am a very anxious person, and when things don’t go according to plan, I tend to panic. They kept me calm, kept me on track, and constantly reassured me that everything was going to be okay. The best part? If something went wrong on my wedding day, I had absolutely no idea about it. They handled EVERYTHING behind the scenes. If I ever wondered whether something needed to be done, it was already done. They were so incredibly on top of everything! And they came prepared for things I never would have even thought to bring. I felt like my curls were falling? Natalie had a curling iron and fixed my hair. I spilled an espresso martini on my dress? Natalie and Johanna got the stain out like it was nothing. They were truly like magic fairies whatever problem came up, they somehow had a solution or the exact tool needed to fix it. These two ladies are amazing inside and out. They are professional, kind, hardworking, organized, responsive, and genuinely care about their couples. I feel so blessed that they were such an important part of my wedding day. Honestly, I was sad when my wedding day ended because I knew I wouldn’t be meeting with Natalie every month anymore. I truly feel like she became a friend throughout the entire wedding planning process, and I will always be so grateful for that relationship. To think I almost didn’t hire a wedding coordinator because I didn’t think I needed one… now looking back, I genuinely don’t know how my family or I would have survived the wedding day without them. They handled problems I didn’t even know existed so that I could simply enjoy my wedding day and be present in the moment. If you are debating whether or not to hire a wedding coordinator, DO IT and hire Natalie and Johanna! I cannot recommend these two enough. They made our wedding day stress-free, seamless, and so much more enjoyable. I will forever be grateful to them for everything they did for us.

    Exceptional from start to finish!

    From the very beginning, our wedding coordinator, Natalie made us feel completely supported, cared for, and truly understood. She brought so much professionalism, patience, and warmth to every step of the planning process. On our wedding day, everything came together beautifully because of their attention to detail and dedication behind the scenes. What meant the most to us was how calm and reassuring they were throughout the entire experience even though I was a bit pain in the butt and didn’t follow the timeline haha. We were able to be fully present and enjoy our special day without worrying about the little things. We are incredibly grateful for everything Natalie and Kaycee did to make our wedding so beautiful, seamless, and memorable. We couldn’t recommend them more highly to any couple looking for someone who will genuinely care about making their wedding day perfect

    This Is Your Sign to Book Natalie

    Natalie was everything we could have hoped for in a wedding planner. She was incredibly organized and on top of every single detail, but what made her truly special was how supportive and genuinely caring she was throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding can be stressful and emotional, and Natalie somehow managed to be both the person making sure every logistical detail was handled and the person making you feel better when you were overwhelmed. She has such a sweet, calming, supportive demeanor, and there were so many moments where she felt like emotional support just as much as our wedding planner. What I appreciated most was that our relationship with her never felt transactional. It never felt like we were simply another wedding on her calendar or another client she was managing. She genuinely cared about us, about how we were feeling, and about making sure the day felt exactly the way we wanted it to. On our wedding day, I felt completely comfortable letting go because I knew Natalie was there and everything was being taken care of. That feeling alone is priceless. She is incredibly good at what she does, but she is also just such a kind and wonderful person to have by your side during such an important time. We truly could not recommend Natalie and Lace & Rose Events more! She was an enormous part of making our wedding experience as special as it was, and we are so grateful for her.

    Made Our Wedding Day Perfect

    Natalie and her team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Natalie was so supportive, responsive, organized, and kind. She was always there to answer our questions and offer guidance. On both our rehearsal day and wedding day, Natalie and her team truly went above and beyond. They handled every detail, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure Daniel and I could be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. Their care, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of, and we truly don't think it would have been as joyful or seamless without Natalie and her amazing team.     We are so glad we hired Natalie and Lace and Rose for our wedding. We worked with Natalie for both design help leading up to the wedding and month-of coordination, and both she and her staff were amazing. Our wedding at Liberty House in Jersey City had a lot of moving pieces - two ceremonies, a mixed Indian wedding, multiple vendors, and then rain on the actual day. In the months leading up to the wedding, Natalie was incredibly patient, responsive, and organized. She answered all of our questions, kept us on track, and made a process that felt really overwhelming feel manageable. On the wedding day itself, she and her team handled everything so calmly and smoothly. I genuinely did not hear a single thing from any vendor, which is probably the biggest compliment I can give. Natalie was clearly on top of every detail behind the scenes. She was a lifesaver during every part of the day - including when my bustle broke and she fixed it with a mini-stitch gun in 30 seconds flat! We are so grateful to Natalie for everything she did to make both the planning process and the wedding day run so smoothly. We would STRONGLY recommend Lace and Rose to anyone looking for a planner.
