A True Stand Out!
This review is from another vendor’s perspective. We had the chance to work with Jamie and her team at a private residence wedding for over 160 guests. From the first conversation with Jamie to go over details it was clear she was a standout among all the coordinators and planners out there. The day-of had some added stress with a possible bad storm. Jamie led everyone through the little adjustments flawlessly. She helped our crew easily adjust. Another star for her company is the adequate staffing. Many times planners and coordinators are completely understaffed compared to the promises they made to their clients. Oftentimes this leads to the coordinator trying to pass tasks to other vendors. Jamie’s team took care of everything they promised and more. We are very hesitant when clients ask us for referrals because making a referral puts your own reputation on the line. We would be glad to refer Louisa Co Events to couples looking for a truly caring and professional planner.

Perfect day!!

5 Star Team, 5 Star Wedding
As a groom, planning a wedding felt overwhelming at first, but Jamie made it all so much easier. She kept us organized, made sure we knew what needed to get done, and her monthly check-ins kept things on track without stress. On the wedding day, we had a big bridal party and a lot of vendors, but everything was coordinated so smoothly that we could just enjoy ourselves. I was honestly really impressed by how the vision came together. My wife and Jamie had put so much thought into the design, and I was pleasantly surprised at how incredible it all looked. Jamie was patient, responsive, and always willing to answer questions or adjust things when needed. Dream Wedding achieved by Dream Planner
If you’re hoping for your dream wedding without losing your sanity, book Jamie and Louisa Co-Events. From the moment I met Jamie, I could tell she was 100 percent invested in making sure we had the most perfect day. Even though she had other clients, she always made us feel like we were the only ones. She was organized from the start, introduced us to a great planning software, walked us through every task, and kept monthly check-ins so we stayed on track. She helped us define our venue priorities, navigate Massachusetts options within budget, and create a super detailed wedding day timeline. Even with 10 bridesmaids, 10 groomsmen, and a full vendor team, everything felt calm and manageable. Her design insight with florals, linens, tablescapes was beautiful and designed around the Cape Club. She also let us use some of her decor which was amazing. And her communication was clear, patient, and kind. Honestly, I don’t know how we would have done it without her.
