I’ve had the privilege of turning life’s most meaningful moments into beautifully orchestrated celebrations. As a wedding and event planner, I truly believe every detail tells a story — from our very first conversation to the final toast of the evening. On-call support leading up to your wedding day. Pricing for the Partial Planning Package start at $4,500 depending on your needs, guest count, and the level of detail you’d like included. Partial planning can be 6 or 3 months out and pricing may vary depending.	I offer day-of, month-of, and three-month wedding coordination to ensure every detail is handled with care. My packages start at $2500 tailored to your needs, guest count, and the level of detail you want for your celebration.

Lou Lou was the absolute best wedding planner we could have asked for. As a low stress not super hands on groom she provided constant clear communication with my wife to be as well as emotional/moral support through the entire process. The venue posed many unique challenges and Lou Lou met every one of them with class, poise and professionalism. She is an amazing person and truly a joy to work with. You aren’t just getting a wedding planner with Lou Lou you are getting a friend for life and we can’t thank her enough for everything she did for our special day

Lou is incredible and I absolutely LOVED working with her. Having her coordinate my wedding was - hands down - the best decision I made about the whole process. Working in the event industry myself, I just couldn't wrap my head around my own wedding... thank goodness Lou was ready for everything! She set us up with great timelines, connected us with some awesome and affordable local vendors, and really came through making magic happen *both* behind-the-scenes and literally setting the scene. Vibes? Check! Hustle? Check! She flawlessly made my vision come to life. It was honestly such a relief working with her. I can get really anxious and overwhelmed, and she walked and talked me through every step at a pace that felt consistent and manageable... and when I slacked, she kicked my butt back into gear, which I needed 100% lol. She has such a respectable history coordinating events, she preempted things I never even considered. I highly recommend working with her!

Simply the best!
I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Lou at weddings, and I can’t recommend her enough. She has such a calm, reassuring presence..even in situations where most people would be stressed. She truly cares about her couples and goes above and beyond to make sure their day is perfect. She’s organized, kind, professional, and an absolute joy to work with. Any couple would be lucky to have her as their planner!

Our go-to for Edible Magazine events
I’ve worked with LouLou Events going on about ten times now, both personally (for friends and family gatherings), as well as professionally (we at Edible Magazine hire her for both her food styling, and event production). I'm not only in awe of her style and the aesthetic she brings to any event or setup; I also appreciate her work ethic and processes. She’s quick and efficient in her responses (a dream for my type-A personality), is dependable, and has an unmatched eye for design. Everything, I mean everything, she creates is beautiful. The events always feel special and thoughtfully done. They leave a lasting impression on guests -- it is exactly what I hope for. Over time I’ve relied on her for all kinds of needs, from production and food styling for various magazine shoots; event management for gatherings; tablescape design for a cookbook party; food setups for long shoot days. She’s someone I return to again and again because she is professional, kind, and delivers every single time. I would recommend her to anybody.
