Designed for couples who have planned their wedding and want a professional to ensure flawless execution, this service begins eight weeks before the wedding. We finalize timelines, layouts, and logistics, confirm and coordinate all vendors, oversee signage, stationery, and décor placement, and manage a one-hour rehearsal. On the wedding day, full coordination ensures smooth flow, problem-solving, and a calm, stress-free experience.

The perfect wedding
Choosing Jasmena Rodriguez of Love Is Art Designs Studio was the best investment we made for our wedding. We worked together for a little over a year leading up to our July 2026 celebration at Cipriani in Manhattan, and she brought extraordinary vision, thoughtful guidance, and meticulous care to the entire experience. What stood out to me from the beginning was her ability to listen. Jasmena took the time to understand our taste, our priorities, and the atmosphere we wanted to create. She never imposed her own aesthetic or allowed her ideas to overshadow ours. She understood what I was drawn to, explored those ideas with me, and developed them into something far more beautiful and personal than I could have imagined. Her approach to design is remarkably thoughtful. She has an instinct for proportion, texture, and the subtle details that give a celebration its character. She could see how individual ideas would come together within the grandeur of Cipriani while still making the wedding feel intimate and distinctly ours. Every element had a purpose, and the finished design felt cohesive, elegant, and beautifully considered. Jasmena handled our planning, design, and all of our custom signage and stationery. Having her creative direction carry through those elements made such a difference. The stationery and signage felt like an extension of the celebration, with the same attention to detail evident throughout. Seeing everything come together was breathtaking. Just as impressive as her creativity was the way she guided us. She was responsive, patient, organized, and thoughtful in her communication. She welcomed questions, listened carefully to feedback, and offered honest recommendations with confidence and grace. I always felt comfortable expressing my preferences, and I trusted her to help me refine them. That balance of expertise and consideration made working with her feel truly personal. She also sourced an exceptional team of vendors. Her recommendations reflected a clear understanding of our vision and the quality of experience we hoped to create. Having her knowledge and discernment behind those decisions was invaluable. On the wedding day, her execution was impeccable. Bringing a celebration of this scale to life requires so much more than beautiful ideas. It requires preparation, precision, coordination, and the ability to carry a vision through to its smallest details. Jasmena approached the execution with the same care she had brought to every conversation throughout the year. What I will remember most is how understood I felt. Best Micro Wedding Ever!
The Best Wedding Planner We Could Have Asked For! We hired Jasmena at LOVEISARTDESIGNS to plan, design, and decorate our micro wedding on May 8, 2026, at Kips Castle, followed by a private dinner at Oceanos. She was truly the best wedding planner we could have asked for! From the beginning, Jasmena was organized, attentive, and dedicated to making our day everything we dreamed of. She held weekly meetings leading up to the wedding and created detailed documents for timelines, setup and breakdown, vendors, florals, and every decor detail. She even made a 2D mockup of our ceremony decor! She truly made sure every detail we wanted was included. She went above and beyond by touring Kips Castle with us and returning on her own to take photos and fully understand the layout. Her attention to detail was incredible. Our ceremony was supposed to be outside so we could enjoy the grass, trees, and castle views. Unfortunately, it rained, but Jasmena and her team were absolute rockstars! They quickly moved everything inside the castle and made the ceremony beautiful despite the unexpected change. It turned out so lovely, even though it wasn’t what we originally planned. Throughout the day, Jasmena kept me updated without ever being bothersome. She was supportive, and her entire team was sweet and kind. Everyone was wonderful to work with. One of my favorite moments was when we thought we had misplaced my husband’s boutonniere at the hotel, only to find out Jasmena already had it at the ceremony venue! She was always one step ahead. The dinner at Oceanos was absolutely beautiful. Jasmena decorated everything perfectly with draping, gold accents, and florals. It was elegant, romantic, and exactly the atmosphere we wanted for our intimate celebration. The food and drinks were also amazing once they finally came out! The only area I felt could have been better was the dinner timeline and coordination with the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food took much longer than expected, possibly close to two hours, and everyone was getting hungry. Some guests had children and long drives home, so it became stressful seeing the night run so late. I also found myself having to initiate a few things, like my dad blessing our marriage and the food, as well as the cake cutting. I would have loved for the dinner timeline to be more firmly established and followed by the team, with more pressure on the restaurant staff to get things moving. I understand the restaurant delays were outside of Jasmena’s control, and this was a small part of an otherwise amazing experience. Other than that, our wedding was absolutely beautiful, and I loved everything! Jasmena truly was a rockstar for planning our wedding in such little time. She planned, sourced vendors, designed, decorated, coordinated, and executed everything so beautifully, even when unexpected obstacles came up. If you are looking for someone creative, organized, hardworking, thoughtful, and genuinely dedicated to bringing your vision to life, I would 100% recommend LOVEISARTDESIGNS. Jasmena, thank you for making our wedding day so beautiful and unforgettable. I would absolutely hire you again in a heartbeat!

Two Weddings, One Incredible Designer!
I came across Love Is Art Designs and Jasmena completely by accident through a hair and make up artist I followed on social media, who shared some of Jasmena’s work on her story. At the time, I had two sons getting married—one in June and one in August. I suggested that both couples reach out to Jasmena, request a quote, and see what they thought. They had nothing to lose. Well…that’s how we ALL ended up using Jasmena! From the very beginning, I was impressed by the way she communicated with both couples. Jasmena is personable, responsive, creative, and incredibly easy to work with. She brings wonderful ideas to the table while also taking the time to listen carefully to her clients and understand their vision. Most importantly, her passion for what she does is evident right away. After seeing the wonderful experience both couples were having with her, I decided to reach out to Jasmena myself for the two rehearsal dinners I was hosting. She handled everything from the welcome signs and seating displays to the menus, centerpieces, candles, and all the beautiful details in between. Both dinners were absolutely breathtaking. What impressed me most was how differently she designed each event. Rather than making the two celebrations feel alike (I was hosting both at the same venue), Jasmena took the time to understand each couple and created two unique, elegant rehearsal dinners that perfectly reflected the aesthetic and personality of each wedding. Each one felt like a beautiful introduction to what was to come the following day. Her attention to detail is incredible, but her communication may be even better. She listens, creates, offers thoughtful ideas, and is always willing to make adjustments until her client is completely happy. She genuinely cares about her work, and that care shines through in every detail. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jasmena and Love Is Art Designs to anyone looking for wedding stationery, signage, event design, planning, or anything else needed to bring an event together beautifully and cohesively. I have one more child who will be getting married within the next few years, and there is absolutely no question that, when the time comes, Jasmena will be one of my first calls. Whether its for the bridal shower the wedding or anything in between, for signage, stationery, planning, and all the details needed to bring the entire vision together, I would trust her completely. Sometimes the best finds really do happen by accident. I’m so happy I found Jasmena, and even happier that she became such a special part of not one, but two incredibly important celebrations for our family. Beautiful Wedding Signage & Great Experience
I found Jasmena from Love Is Art Design less than two months before my wedding, during one of the most stressful parts of planning, and she immediately made me feel reassured from our very first consultation call. Even with the short timeline, she worked so quickly while still making sure every detail matched exactly what I envisioned. She created some of the most beautiful pieces for my wedding, including my seating chart, bar signage, guest book signage, and so many other details that truly elevated the entire space. Everything looked so high-end, cohesive, and personal to us. I loved how customizable everything was. She let me choose every detail from fonts, colors, acrylic styles, and lighting options while also providing guidance and recommendations based on her expertise to help bring the vision together perfectly. Throughout the process, she was incredibly patient and accommodating. My vision changed a few times and I adjusted the layout and organization more than once, but she never once made me feel like a burden. She truly listened to what I wanted, explained things clearly in a way that was easy to understand, and kept revising everything until I was completely happy with the final result. Her communication was always quick, professional and thoughtful, which meant so much during such a hectic time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and about making sure her couples feel heard. I’m so grateful I found her when I did and would recommend her to anyone looking for luxury wedding signage that feels unique, personal, and beautifully done.
