My name is Jessica, and I will be guiding you through your wedding planning journey. I started out as a professional graphic designer and photographer, and then dived head first into event planning. Through my experiences, I am able to apply an eye for design, detail, and understanding of how to bring a client's vision to life, while also providing context for how vendors contribute to your day. Understanding both the couple and vendors' perspectives, I act as the common thread between everyone, making your event as cohesive as possible. Love, Rose is a love letter to those who want a one of a kind event that is yours and yours alone.

Through my experiences in photography, design, and video, I provide first-hand context and expertise when couples book their vendors. I apply my design background through making sure your event is visually consistent, from down to the vendors, bridal party, and signage. My design skills are also used to create a suite of decorations that can be used throughout your event. I call myself a one-stop Etsy shop for couples who want something that is 100% their own. As an added bonus, I take photos of the day for my blog, which are then given to couples at no extra cost. All of the photos in this listing are photographed by me.

    As an event director for a catering company I got to coordinate alongside Jessica to carry out a couple’s special day. Jessica was efficient and reached out well in advance so we could collaborate and come up with a list of loose ends before our meeting together with the couple. The timeline and sequence of the day was discussed in detail so that all vendors would be “in the know”. She was present day of and was willing to do whatever it took to ensure the couple was happy and had their dream wedding. It was lovely working with her and hope to do so again in the future.

I only do one wedding a weekend so I'm able to be available for any time you decide to hold your rehearsal and wedding itself.
I started my business over the pandemic. The weddings I have planned have spanned from budget-conscious to extremely elegant. Before becoming a planner, I worked as a professional graphic designer and photographer. I also had some experience in video. On average, my couples want to plan a wedding that doesn't break the bank. They are looking for ways to be efficient and not excessive. I love couples that embrace the creative process, where they enlist my help in making sure their wedding looks as visually consistent as possible. It's a joy to see couples embrace a theme or add personal touches of what makes them unique into their day.
Love, Rose is my very own business. You will be working directly with me. If the wedding requires a lot of setting up from me, I bring in an assistant.
I mainly specialize in weddings, but I'd be happy to plan a shower or rehearsal dinner. Most of the time a couple would consult me on how to handle these events. If you need decorations or designs made up for these events, I can make them in-house.
To book me, I spend 30 minutes to an hour on a consultation call. I then take another hour to review roles, responsibilities, and the contract. From there, I'm part of the vendor consultations and calls, making sure you're getting all the right questions answered. This insures you are being paired with the right vendors. I then attend your rehearsal the week of your wedding. For your wedding day, I arrive around the time of the photographer and end when everything scheduled is completed.
I offer in-house design services such as invitations, welcome signs, table numbers, seating charts, gift tags, and so much more! Everything is made custom-tailored to you.

There has been a mix of vendor-heavy weddings at registered venues and scaled down DIY backyard weddings. No two weddings are the same because everyone has a different idea on what they want for a wedding. I specialize in medium-sized weddings where couples trust me with their creative vision. The best outcome is when we work from start to finish together, designing some custom pieces along the way.
I have experience in weddings both big and small, and across many cultures. This business has been my pride and joy for 5 years. My weddings have been in a wide variety of venues. Couples have hired me to help turn their backyards into full-blown wedding venues. They have also helped me with weddings at registered venues. Whether you are starting from square one or have everyone booked, I can help make your day one to remember. My specialty is having empathy for every couple and vendor. When a couple works with vendors, I provide every perspective to help them understand what goes into their day.
