Sandra is everything!!!
TLDR: you need Sandra in your life. She is EVERYTHING! Where do I even begin? I found Sandra (the amazing person behind Love Within the Details) through a childhood friend after seeing her wedding photos—I felt drawn to know who could have planned such a thoughtful, personal, and beautiful wedding. I am so grateful for the kismet that connected me and my fiance (now husband!), Ethan, with Sandra over two years ago and the decision to hire her as my full service wedding planner for our May 2026 Wedding at Cavallo Point. Sandra, in short, is everything. Every moment of working with her was fun, thoughtful, and personalized. She truly has a gift—she got to know me and Ethan, helped us to surface and articulate our vision for our wedding, and then built that vision beautifully over many months of meticulous work. For Sandra, no detail is too small too personalize intentionally. She guided us through the big decisions and helped us to clarify the smaller details that truly brought our wedding to life. I looked forward to every communication and meeting with Sandra, and the broader team of incredible vendors that Sandra connected us with. Sandra is clearly beloved by her peers in the industry and it’s no question as to why—she has to be one of the most creative, hard-working, meticulous, and talented planners in the Bay Area. Through two years of close collaboration, Sandra became more than just our planner—she became our confidant, advisor, and friend, and I can’t my imagine my wedding without her. On my wedding day, I felt such a deep trust in Sandra—I knew she would make it all happen. I got spend the day deeply present surrounded by family, trusting that Sandra was behind the scenes making it all happen seamlessly. The presence her work afforded me was such a gift! I couldn’t recommend working with Sandra more—she will go above and beyond for you to ensure that the celebration of your marriage is everything you’ve dreamed off. We love you Sandra!!

Amazing planner! You won’t regret your decision
Sandra and her team helped us plan and execute the most amazing wedding we could have imagined. Sandra’s full wedding planning service helped us with every detail along the way and made sure that the day went exactly how we wanted it to go. If there were any issues, we (and our guests) had no idea because they handled every aspect of the day perfectly. All of our guests expressed how amazing all the details and day went and we couldn’t have done it without Sandra and her team. If you want a planner that will go above and beyond to make your wedding day special, Sandra and her team are the way to go

The best planner ever!
There are not enough words to describe how AMAZING Sandra and her team are. I am lucky enough to have gotten to call Sandra my wedding planner, but she is also a very close friend. Over the years, I watched her build this business with such passion and dedication that I had no doubt I needed her talent and expertise when it came time to plan my own wedding. I don’t think my husband and I fully understand what it took to plan a wedding on the shorter timeline we had, and I can confidently say we would’ve been lost without Sandra. She coordinated with our vendors, created a schedule and timeline, and kept everything moving. But most importantly, throughout the process, she really cared and listened to what mattered to the two of us, creating a day that felt special and true to us. Anyone can be insanely organized (which, by the way, she is, and her day-of document is an organizational DREAM!), but having a planner care at that level of detail made the process even better! Our wedding was a dream that our guests, my husband, and I still rave about! It truly wouldn’t have been possible without everything Sandra did. Above all else, Sandra is an incredible person with an incredible heart and passion for her work. She and her team will always go above and beyond for her couples and make sure that you have the wedding day of your dreams. I cannot stress how AMAZING she is or how much you need her to make your wedding dreams come true.

Our wedding savior!
Working with Sandra was an absolute dream, right from the start. About two months out from our wedding, we absolutely knew we needed a day-of coordinator. Our photographer connected us with Sandra, saying that she was the best in the business, and from our first call, we knew that we could put our faith in her. From the initial call, we knew we wanted to work more closely with Sandra than just on the day of, and we asked her to be our lead-up coordinator. Together, she helped us put together a timeline for the day of that was more realistic than our initial, and made sure that everything we wanted on our special day was there: spending quality time with our guests, incorporating a Chinese tea ceremony, and even helping with the mics during the ceremony! Sandra did an amazing job stepping in with vendor communications, making sure we had everything in place before we even stepped onto the venue. She seamlessly helped all our disparate pieces marry—from chargers we brought to plates we rented (making sure nothing got mixed up!)—and all of our guests noticed every detail we planned together. At the end of the day, our officiant turned to me, an absolute control freak, and said, "Sandra must have really earned your trust. You were really just having fun!" And it was true! The day ran so smoothly—and I was oblivious to any hiccups (they were so easily handled). If I could do it again with Sandra, I would a thousand times over.

The best!!!
I truly cannot recommend Sandra enough. From day one, she made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. I loved doing the design side of things but absolutely dreaded all the vendor communication — and she completely took that off my plate. She handled ALL of it, advocated for me using her knowledge of the wedding industry, and honestly found practically all of my vendors. On top of that, she was able to get vendor discounts, which was such a huge bonus. She was endlessly patient with me when I couldn’t make up my mind and wanted constant changes — never once made me feel annoying or difficult, just supportive and flexible every step of the way. The week of my wedding, we found out there was a high chance of rain, and I was completely overwhelmed. She immediately reached out to THREE different tent rental companies last minute, got quotes from all of them, and supported me through a lot of tears with so much kindness and reassurance. On the actual wedding day, I truly didn’t have to lift a finger. Everything ran so smoothly, and if anything went wrong, I still have absolutely no clue about it — which says everything. Even after the wedding, when I didn’t receive something I was promised from a vendor, she stepped in and helped communicate with them to make it right. Overall, she is incredibly easy to work with, easy to talk to, and so understanding. Having her on my team was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding, and I’m so grateful for everything she did to make our day happen. Highly, highly recommend!
