Hey there! My name is Macy, and I have a fiery passion for supporting couples in having a smooth, tranquil wedding day. I have so much to offer from personal support, to bringing my home-made emergency kit which has up to 70 items! If someone forgot the vow books, don't worry, I have extra's! You're nervous about the processional and lining everyone up, let me take care of that for you! If you're anxious about who will greet and guide vendors as they arrive, I'm your girl! My goal is to give you peace of mind and to know that I will do anything in my power to make your day perfect.
As a wedding coordinator it is crucial to be comfortable ushering guest's, and to have a calm, collected demeanor throughout. I thrive specifically in social environments and I love making connections while guiding guests through the day so that it feels, seamless. I stand apart from other coordinators because I show up on the wedding day organized, prepared and ready to give guidance and direction. I also take pride in being the "ultimate hype girl"!

BEST DECISION!
HIRING MACY WILL BE THE BEST DECISION YOU MAKE FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY! We threw a tent wedding on a random ranch in Livingston and it entailed SO much more than we anticipated. Macy was there every step of the way. And she really came through for some really challenging obstacles we encountered last minute. We hired her for the partial planning package and it was everything we needed and more! She helped plan, design, communicate with vendors, make tough decisions, help with emotional outbreaks, and more! And all of this happened while she recently had a newborn baby… we were so impressed with her dedication! Macy was my calming, supportive, yet enthusiastic presence throughout the whole wedding process and I really felt as if I gained a true friend through it all! As a type-A bride, she anticipated all of my worries and concerns, and addressed them before I could even stress. Thank you Macy for allowing me to have the wedding of my dreams! You were the best decision I made for this wedding (besides my hubby)!

A wedding day necessity!
When we started planning our wedding we didn’t really know what we were getting into. But I realized quickly that I didn’t want to be answering questions or solving problems on the big day. That’s where Macy came in! We connected with her and immediately we knew she would bring the best energy and organizational skills to the lead up to our big day and the day itself. Not only did Macy help us create the perfect timeline (which I didn’t even know we needed!) she connected with all of our vendors so that everyone was on the same page. On our wedding day she was calm, cool, collected but kept us on time and things running smoothly. When we had an issue with the venue she handled it seamlessly. Our wedding was at a large expansive venue and her husband even acted as our driver!! Overall she went above and beyond to make sure things were just right for us. If you’re planning a wedding and looking for a planner or day of coordinator I can’t recommend her enough!!!

Skeptical about needing a day of coordinator in the first place I just reached out to Macy to get a grasp of what her services would consist of. From that first phone conversation I knew that I wanted to hire her. She genuinely CARES she wants nothing more than your day to go as smoothly as possible and realistically she knows things will come up but guess what she has solutions to it all! Our timeline was seamless, Macy made it so I did not worry about a single thing. She’s a professional and loves seeing your dream become reality oh and the best hype girl you could ask for!
