Satin N Sage Event Planning is owned and operated by experienced planner and designer Patricia Naumoff. From an early age, Patricia knew she wanted to plan parties. While still in high school, she began planning Sweet 16 Parties and school sponsored events. Her career with Hyatt, Hilton, and Marriott Hotels allowed her to continue her passion for planning events. She has recently moved to Wyoming where her love of adventure, snow and water has filled her soul. Couples who love adventure, nature and being truly real are her kind of people. She’d say her favorite things in life include road trips, mountains, lakes, family and cooking.
I have planned over 300 events from intimate gatherings of 20 guests to 6000 guests over the last 20 years in the event business. My attention to detail and expertise in logistics is my specialty. I bring a calm and flexible attitude to ensure you and your guests are taken care of. My exceptional interpersonal skills allows me to work smoothly with you as my client and any of your vendors. I bring fun and innovation, while bringing a joyful experience to you and your guests. You are in capable hands with Satin N Sage Events. Patricia listened carefully to what we envisioned and turned our ideas into reality with thoughtful planning and solid local vendor recommendations that made all the difference. When bad weather hit on our wedding day, she stayed calm and adapted our schedule on the fly, coordinating seamlessly with every vendor to keep everything on track. Patricia orchestrated the entire day so smoothly that we didn't even notice when small issues came up—her team just handled them. Her communication throughout the planning process was warm and reassuring, and having her there to manage all the moving pieces meant we could actually enjoy our celebration. Wedding Day of Coordinator and Planner
Our wedding day truly wouldn’t have been possible without Patricia. She played such an integral role in bringing everything together—thoughtfully managing so many of the little details that made the day feel effortless and special. From setting up the venue beautifully to securing a local ice cream vendor for our late-night treat (the huckleberry and vanilla ice cream sandwiches were a huge hit!), her attention to detail and genuine care were incredible. We got married at the Wedding Tree, and Patricia instantly knew exactly what to do. Her confidence and experience gave us so much peace throughout the day. As someone with a demanding job who planned most of the wedding on my own, having Patricia step in during the final weeks—and especially on the day of—was an absolute gift. She was always quick to respond, even when I had last-minute questions or needed support with new ideas. She also connected us with a variety of services, from tanning and dog boarding to shuttle arrangements and music recommendations—and so much more. I was continually impressed by how resourceful and supportive she was every step of the way. My (now) husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Patricia with Satin and Sage to anyone planning a wedding in the Jackson, Wyoming area. We are endlessly grateful for her as well as Rick, her husband for helping out with setting up the chairs and playing a part in our day as well!
