We’re a duo who love to bring Pinterest-worthy visions to life, and we’re here to make your celebration a memorable one. The Modern Social team takes a thoughtful and thorough approach rooted in creative strategy. We design layered events with intentional details to fully capture and celebrate your modern love story.

The BEST!!
Maddie and Cass were absolutely incredible from the very first call all the way through our wedding day. From the beginning, they made us feel completely supported, understood, and confident that every detail was in the best hands. They brought so many wonderful ideas to the table and helped turn our vision into a beautiful reality. They were amazing at guiding us through every detail, from directions and timing to logistics and all the little things that could have easily become overwhelming. They also did an incredible job communicating with and supporting all of our vendors, making sure everyone was on the same page and everything stayed on track. On the wedding day itself, they were there every step of the way, anticipating needs, solving problems, and ensuring everything flowed seamlessly. Their organization and attention to detail gave us the freedom to truly enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. Beyond being incredibly talented and professional, they were genuinely so much fun to work with throughout the entire process. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting, enjoyable, and effortless. We truly could not have asked for better planners and are so grateful for everything Maddie and Cass did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect!!

Couldn’t have done it without them!
If you’re thinking about hiring Modern Social Events for your wedding, just do it. They were incredible from start to finish and made the entire process feel so easy and stress-free. Every detail and request we had was handled without hesitation, and on the wedding day they were constantly making sure everything stayed on track behind the scenes. The biggest testament to how amazing they are was when a huge thunderstorm popped up right before our ceremony. Within 15 minutes they had every vendor switched over to the rain plan, and somehow made it feel like that had been the plan all along. Our guests had no idea how much work was happening behind the scenes. We truly could not have pulled off such a smooth and beautiful day without them. So grateful for everything Maddie and Cass did to make our wedding day perfect!

I absolutely recommend Modern Social Events as your wedding planners! Maddie and Cass are truly the best, they made our wedding the most perfect day we could have ever imagined. Everything ran so smoothly from start to finish, and we can’t thank them enough for making the entire planning process such a joy. They are so creative and organized, and they always kept us on track with what needed to be done next. Their online planning system was so incredible, it kept everything in one place and made the whole process feel so smooth. Maddie and Cass helped us with every detail, from coordinating vendors to designing our save-the-dates, invitations, florals, and decor. They tied everything together so beautifully and made our vision come to life. Leading up to the wedding, they were always there to answer any questions and offer support. On the wedding day itself, they executed everything flawlessly, the timeline they created kept the day flowing perfectly, and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. We are endlessly grateful for all their hard work and care. Modern Social Events was truly our best vendor and such an essential part of making our dream wedding come to life. We cannot recommend Maddie and Cass enough to anyone looking for wedding planners! They are absolutely amazing!

Everything We Needed!
Maddy and Cass helped us plan the most beautiful, personalized wedding we could have asked for. From day one, they got to know us, what we wanted our wedding to look and feel like, and introduced us to vendors that helped bring our vision to life in ways we never thought were possible. I can be particular, and they were so patient with my many requests and questions which both my husband and I appreciated. Overall, they were fantastic partners in our wedding planning process and we’re grateful to have worked with them!

I cannot say enough good things about Maddy & Cass. From the moment they got involved they handled everything and anything I needed- from coordinating with vendors, to jumping in with a concern I had about my hair and makeup team, attending my final walk through with me and calls with the band, creating my signage templates (customized to my venue), and so much more. But what really put them over the top for me was their performance on the wedding day. My venue has a ton of logistical limitations and they navigated them with ease. I also have to admit I totally doubted the timeline Maddy gave me was plausible - but it was followed to a T!! I didn’t have to worry about a thing, and all my belongings were even packed up at the end of the night. They executed everything to perfection. If you’re even considering a planner, they are worth every penny.
