DMV Weddings and Events specializes in wedding and event planning in the DC Maryland and Virginia area. I work hard for each of my clients, helping them plan and host their upcoming event free of stress and with confidence. Whether planning a magnificent Wedding, an entertaining Corporate Event, or a get together or party that you want to be fabulous and run without a hitch get in touch to learn more about my services.
I am incredibly hard working and have a background in psychology and counseling so I am uniquely adept at handling difficult situations and keeping people calm. I am also 6'3 and can really handle anything that is thrown at me!

| Description | I customize to exactly what you need but all of my planning packages include day of coordinating. Full planning is the most hands on experience that I offer! I will help with pretty much every aspect of the planning and coordinating process! | Partial planning is my most popular package. It is a custom planning experience that I also like to call "Hand Holding" it is an unlimited communication situation from contract sign where I walk with you throughout the entire wedding planning experience! Day of coordinating is included in all of my planning packages | Day of coordination includes month out support, running the rehearsal and 10 hours day of coverage with at least a 2 person team. We help with time line creation, vendor communication, all decor set up and break down and dealing with any wedding day emergencies that might arise! Day of Coordinating is included in all of my planning packages |

Thank you Maddie!
Maddie and her team were so amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone! Especially if you are getting married in the Frederick area. She helped so much in ensuring everything went according to plan. We had some communication issues with our catering team, but Maddie made sure that everything was correct come the wedding day, and it was. She was always just a text away. We did not have a walk through with our venue, so it was difficult for me to picture everything set up. I provided photos for some decor, but Maddie and her team exceeded my expectations with the set up of everything. She was very communicative the whole day, was constantly there with a full glass of water, and never stopped checking in on us. She even bustled my dress after the ceremony! Her and her team were extremely quick in getting everything packed up for the end of the night, and helped make sure everything made it to where it needed to go. Looking back, I do not know how we could have done that without Maddie and her team but I am SO glad that we didn't have to! We are beyond grateful, and can't recommend DMV Wedding and Events enough!

We highly recommend Maddie from DMV Wedding & Events as your day of coordinator! Maddie’s guidance, reassurance, and calm presence helped ease our wedding planning and day of the wedding stress. We could not imagine not having Maddie during the wedding planning process and the day of. We did not have a florist and Maddie and her team took all our decor visions and brought them to life. Before our two months check in, Maddie helped us track down a nonresponsive vendor and helped ease our anxiety. After the two month check in, we could easily schedule as many meetings as we needed with her through the DMV Wedding & Events website. We got married at Springfield Manor and Maddie’s experience at the venue was knowledgeable. Maddie helped things feel stress-free and moving forward, even if it wasn’t actually stress free due to the impending rain.

The perfect choice for a perfect night
Maddie and her team were the absolute best! She found the perfect team, worked with me on all of my ideas no matter how cray or silly, and helped give us the fairy tale wedding I’d always dreamed of! As a disabled bride, I don’t deal with stress well, and anytime I was overwhelmed Maddie was able to step in and help any issue at hand. The day of the wedding: she made sure there were chairs and stools for me at every stage, made sure I had food and water whenever I needed and encouraged rest to help pace myself. Going into this process, I was worried no one would be able to properly execute my visions. I had big dreams for my wedding, a very short timeline, and many chaotic things going on in the background that made it difficult to remain on task. I can confidently say Maddie and her team exceeded all of my wildest expectations. I still can’t believe how perfect the day was and how incredibly everything came together! I could not be more pleased with my happily ever after thanks to these wonderful women.

We are so grateful to have had Maddie from DMV Weddings & Events as our day of coordinator! From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, organized, and always open to my ideas and any changes I had along the way, which I truly appreciated. Since I had not been to many weddings before planning my own, I really appreciated having her guidance when making decisions. She was always so patient, helpful, and generous with her time, and she made the planning process feel much easier. On our wedding day, she made everything feel stress-free. She kept everything running smoothly, made sure we stayed on schedule, and handled everything behind the scenes so we could truly enjoy every moment. We cannot recommend Maddie and DMV Weddings & Events enough. Having her by our side on our wedding day was one of the best decisions we made, and we are so thankful for everything she did to make our day so special!

Highly recommend Maddie and team! They executed flawlesssly behind the scenes on all of the communications and details. They made our day easy on us and checked in throughout the night. At the end of the night all of our stuff was packed away and ready to go. They are also just so fun to work with!
