On June 24, 2023, Molly married her best friend at Bellevue Golf Club, her workplace and favorite venue. Planning her own wedding from start to finish revealed a true passion for events. It wasn’t until her business-minded brother in law encouraged her to help others that she found the confidence to start her own planning business. Molly offers a friendly, supportive approach and customizes every event to fit each client’s unique needs.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    If there is ONE vendor I would recommend to every bride, it’s a day of coordinator, and specifically, Molly!! She truly made our wedding day stress free. She handled all our vendors, kept us on schedule, helped our family and bridal party know where to be, and took care of every question, concern, or unexpected situation that came up. Molly always had a solution and constantly checked in with me, my husband, and our families to make sure everyone had what they needed. She handled everything so calmly and confidently that we never had to worry. Everyone kept telling me how calm I was on my wedding day, and honestly, it was because I knew Molly had everything handled behind the scenes! On top of being incredible at her job, Molly is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and funniest people. She made us feel completely taken care of while keeping us laughing throughout the day. Because of Molly, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made, and I truly cannot recommend a day of coordinator enough. Every bride deserves a Molly on her wedding day!!

    Above and beyond

    Molly was incredible from start to finish. We hired her as a day of planner and everything was great from an initial meeting to sharing plans and executing everything on our big day. She was very inciteful and was wonderfully accommodating to everything we had going on. I cant recommend Molly enough.

    Every Bride Needs a Molly Brothers!

    Words truly cannot express how grateful we are that we had Molly by our side on our wedding day. Hiring her as our day-of coordinator was hands down one of the BEST decisions we made! We had a big wedding party and so many moving pieces throughout the day, and Molly was on top of absolutely EVERYTHING. Everyone kept telling me how calm I was, and I KNOW it was because I had Molly there. I felt so at ease knowing she had everything handled. And when I say she does it all, I mean everything!! Steaming, coordinating, helping with my veil, making sure I was eating and drinking water, and somehow always being ten steps ahead of whatever we needed. She even made sure we had our beloved McDonald’s Diet Cokes Molly truly went above and beyond for us. She is kind, thoughtful, attentive, FUNNY, and absolutely incredible at what she does. Because of her, we were able to be present and truly enjoy our day without worrying about all the little things happening behind the scenes. We are forever grateful for her and cannot recommend her enough!

    A true blessing

    We hired Molly as a day-of coordinator for our wedding reception, which was a 120-person event. Molly was incredible from start to finish: she arrived early to the venue, helped coordinate and assist with the setup of the tables, chairs, and decor, consistently checked in with both of us throughout the night to make sure we had everything we needed, brought us drinks and food, and coordinated all of the clean-up and packing up of the decor after the party, which allowed us to go home and enjoy the after party. She communicated clearly and punctually in the meetings we had before the event, asking good questions and giving recommendations for how she might be best utilized on the day of, and overall was a HUGE stress relief for our DIY reception. Would give 6 stars if we could, and can't recommend Molly enough!

    10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR DAY OF COORDINATION!

    The bride and I planned her wedding for the months leading up to the big day. We both knew it was important to find someone to help run things the day of. The bride found Molly Brothers and she was truly THE MVP of the day. It poured rain leading up to our outdoor ceremony so she moved everything under the tent. She kept things positive and professional. She never made me (in my maid of honor and officiant hats) feel anxious or like I still needed to have my planning hat on once she arrived. She took everything over and absolutely crushed the day. I would trust her with literally ANY event or wedding I was a part of in the future. She was calm, cool, and collected. She had all the right intuitions when we needed them. If she was running around putting out fires, the bride and groom NEVER saw it. I truly cannot recommend her enough!
