Oak and Magnolia Events is a boutique wedding planning and design studio in North Texas, founded on a belief that sounds simple until you try it: your wedding should be the best day of your life, not your second job. The couples who find their way here tend to have full calendars, strong opinions, and zero interest in boring. They come from every background, and many carry more than one culture down the aisle, which we consider a design gift rather than a logistics problem. Weddings here are built like productions and treated like covenants. The result is a day with your fingerprints on every detail and your hands on none of the work.

Standards you can read before you ever meet us. Pricing lives openly on our site, because your time deserves respect before you're a client, not after. Our contract requires a hot meal for every vendor working your day, because protected people protect your wedding. Every timeline is built to the minute, and every problem gets absorbed before it reaches you. Wind once took out two irreplaceable vintage pieces mid-production; the vendor was contacted, the design adjusted, and the day continued inside ten minutes. That is the actual product.

For couples who want the entire wedding carried, from first decision to last dance. You decide three things: the feeling, the non-negotiables, and the budget. Every vendor, timeline, and design detail is then built and presented for your approval, never assigned as homework. Includes full design direction, vendor sourcing and management, and complete production of your day. You wake up a guest at your own wedding.

We translate your vision into a full design direction, then build the timeline and coordinate every moving piece so the day you imagined is the day that happens. Includes design development, vendor coordination, run of show, and full day-of production from load-in through breakdown. Made for couples who have started planning and want it finished beautifully.

You planned it. We protect it. Beginning several weeks out, we take over every thread: vendor confirmations, a minute-by-minute run of show, and full command of your wedding day so nothing reaches you but the celebration. Includes vendor handoff calls, timeline construction, rehearsal direction, and day-of production from load-in through last dance. Your only job is to be present.

For couples whose venue handles the logistics but whose vision deserves a designer. We translate your three decisions, the feeling, the non-negotiables, and the budget, into a complete design: concept and palette, decor and rental selections, floor plan, and a styled space installed by our team on the day.     Latoya was absolutely wonderful, kind, professional, and truly amazing! She made the entire experience so enjoyable and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
