Plume & Pearl Rockstar Team Review
Ashley and her team may very well be angels on earth. If you are looking for a coordinator and/or planner who is truly focused on the couple, do book Plume & Pearl. We began planning our wedding two years ago and Ashley was on top of everything from the very first call. She knows what she's doing and can explain all of the wedding-behind-the-scenes in a way that stressed brides and couples understand. Absolutely nothing fell through the cracks with her, especially nothing day-of. We could not have anticipated that the rain warnings would turn into a torrential downpour, and yet, Ashley handled it all with grace and kindness. She was physically running around a large venue the entire day and night, making sure we didn't have to deal with any of our vendor issues. Unfortunately, I do think our wedding was more complicated and frustrating than most, and Ashley has continued to follow-up with our neglectful vendors even though we're married now. She is a coordinator & planner extraordinaire and we cannot recommend her her team enough. She's going to go above and beyond every single time. Thank you, always, Ashley! Who knew if we'd be married without you.

Ashley from Plume & Pearl was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process leading up to our wedding day. She was attentive, supportive, and made sure everything was well organized, from communicating with all of our vendors to creating a detailed timeline. Her team was also incredible at coordinating everything on the day of. Thanks to them, we were able to have a truly stress-free wedding day and enjoy every moment. We’re so grateful for all of their help and support!

The Best Coordinator!!
We hired Ashley as our month of coordinator and we could not have been happier! Ashley provided monthly calls a couple months before our wedding making sure that we were on track with everything we needed. She gave so many helpful recommendations whether it was for setup, vendors, or decor. Ashley and her team were so great the day of our wedding. Truthfully, if anything went wrong, I would have had no idea. She helped the day go so smoothly, checking in and making sure we were doing good during all the events. She truly was a blessing and we could not have made it through our wedding without her!!

Completely wonderful!
Our venue required a day-of coordinator, which at first we were unsure about as a general idea, thinking we "didn't need one" (ha), but we'd do it because we had to. I had a call with Ashley, who I could immediately tell was the realest and most down to earth coordinator, just what we needed. We had general visions of our day, and Ashley was terrific about guiding us on how to make it all seamless, without ever pushing us towards any particular decision, just always listening to what we personally envisioned and telling us exactly how to make it happen in the most uncomplicated, budget-friendly, yet classy ways. We had phone calls at different intervals all the way from starting planning, to the week of the wedding, which kept us on track and saved us from forgetting time-sensitive tasks. Ashley did a lot of the communication with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. When Ashley shared that she would not personally be the coordinator on our wedding day, she set up a video call with Nadia, who would also be assisted by Katherine, so that we would be as comfortable as possible. Nadia and Katherine did an incredible job day-of, to the point that I'm certain I must have missed some sort of chaos that I still don't know about, because everything seemed to go completely perfect and stress-free from my and my husband's perspective. My husband and some family members (mostly guys, for what it's worth...might not have understood the "vision") brought and set up a lot of the decor in the morning, but my husband shared that Nadia and Katherine were wonderful about making things really come together. Our entire process with Plume & Pearl, and especially our wedding day, was purely joyful and low-stress thanks to the team, and I can't imagine doing this without them!

Hiring Ashley for month-of coordination was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning through the end of the night, everything felt so smooth and seamless with her and her team helping coordinate everything behind the scenes. She helped us create our timelines, handled communication with vendors, and made sure everything stayed organized without ever feeling overwhelming. I was able to completely hand off vendor communication to her, which made the entire process so much less stressful. She always responded quickly whenever we had questions or needed anything. At one point, communication with our venue became difficult, and Ashley was literally ready to drive there in person before they finally answered. That level of dedication meant so much to us. Ashley worked incredibly well with all of our vendors and truly encouraged us to do what felt right for us as a couple. She catered everything to what we wanted and stayed flexible throughout the day. Our ceremony ended early and after dinner, guests were ready to dance, so she adjusted the timeline seamlessly and kept everything flowing perfectly. Even our rehearsal felt effortless with her guidance. Not only did we love working with Ashley, but our families also had nothing but amazing things to say about her and her team. We truly felt supported every step of the way and could not recommend them more highly!
