Amanda and her team are wonderful to work with. I own a multi-op DJ company. We work with them often and they are so considerate of other vendors and their needs, it makes our job better. We cannot recommend Enchanted Events enough for wedding planning and coordinating. We had Cate as our lead coordinator starting 2 months out for our wedding at Valhalla in Tahoe. She kept us sane and was always available to take vendor calls and answer our questions. She has the calmest, most supportive demeanor. She went above and beyond, helping us coordinate our florals that we had DIYed. Day of the wedding the venue had a mishap and she managed it all behind the scenes like a pro. Truly our only regret is not hiring them for our Friday event! Highly recommend for future bride and grooms: hire enchanted events!

After we decided on our venue in Lake Tahoe, choosing a local vendor that was familiar with the wedding industry in Tahoe was a priority for us. Our venue was full service and I’m pretty type A, so we hired Reno Tahoe Enchanted for their coordination package (60 days out). Even though we were responsible for booking all vendors and making decor decisions ourselves, Amanda was happy to answer questions and recommend vendors to us throughout the process. 60 days before our wedding, Amanda’s lead planner Cate took over to coordinate our final logistic calls with vendors and understand what we wanted. Several guests told us it was the most fun and well-run wedding they’ve ever been to and I’m sure it was because Cate was doing so much behind the scenes — from creating our timeline, setting up all our personal decor, and getting our vendors in place. I was truly able to be hands off and stress free on my wedding day because Cate was professional and reliable and executed our vision perfectly 🙂 Both Cate and Amanda felt experienced and easy to work with. They provide the calm during the chaos. Thank you for helping us execute the most perfect day!
