The Indispensable Wedding Planner
We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dallas. We are so happy we hired her as the wedding planner for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond in every possible way and exceeded expectations. She took the vision they had for their wedding and brought it to life making it even more beautiful, thoughtful, and special than we could have imagined. The amount of time she spent with us in the planning stage was unexpected and indispensable. Her attention to detail and her organization was amazing. She anticipated things we never would have thought of. Throughout the entire planning process, she was organized, responsive, creative, patient, and incredibly reassuring. We knew we were in the best possible hands. On the wedding day, she was absolutely invaluable. She and her team worked so hard to make sure that everything looked beautiful. When one element wasn’t quite right (no fault of hers) she quickly pivoted and made it perfect. Everything flowed seamlessly, and the bride and groom were able to be completely present and enjoy every moment knowing she had everything taken care of behind the scenes. What impressed us most was how genuinely invested she was in making this wedding everything incredible. She didn't simply do her job—she poured so much care, energy, and heart into the celebration, and it showed in every detail. Hiring Dallas was one of the best decisions made during the entire wedding planning process. We are so grateful for everything she did and cannot recommend her more highly. Flawless execution
Dallas and her team are top notch! As a DJ, working with her was smooth and seamless. She takes the time to prepare extra materials for each vendor, sending me a "DJ packet" that outlined even the time stamps for particular songs. This kind of thing makes sure nothing slips through the cracks and allows me to not have to bug couples for details when it's getting close to the big day. I wish more planners did this! She responds quickly to communication and never misses a beat. Her team members show the same care and attention to detail, and working with Jen and Bri on the day of the wedding was an absolute joy as they were not only locked-in on the timeline but were also calm, grounded and friendly the whole time (this goes a long way for vendors and the party). She works hard to take the stress out of the process and is definitely someone you should trust with your big day!

To give some context on my perspective — I'm a Wedding Videographer. Over nearly seven years of shooting a lot of weddings, I've worked with a wide range of vendors and planners. Working with Dallas stood out immediately. She reached out to every vendor, including me, and made sure I felt informed and included from the start. That kind of vendor communication is not the norm, and it matters more than most people realize. On the day of the event, Dallas made sure every vendor felt taken care of — not just the couple. That says a lot about how she operates. If you're reading this as a couple, here's what I can tell you from the vendor side: if Dallas treats her vendors this well, I can only imagine the level of care her actual clients experience.
