Maely's Events & Co. was founded by two best friends who both DIY'd and planned their weddings from the start, where they both fell in love with the art of wedding planning. The name Maely derives from Haley and Maegan, who would love to be your right hand during your special day!

The best coordinators ever!!!
I could not have imagined our wedding being any more perfect thanks to Maely’s. In fact, it went better than I could have dreamed. Haley and Maegan were literal godsends on our wedding day and during the planning process. They communicated efficiently with our vendors, ensuring that everyone and everything was in the right place at the right time. When issues came up with other vendors/the venue, they handled them quickly, and made sure that it was not a problem for us. I wouldn’t have even known that things came up if others hadn’t told me about it after the fact, which is what everyone wants on their wedding day. Details I wouldn’t have even thought of were sorted out by them. The timeline they created flowed so smoothly and felt perfectly timed. Not only did they exceed all expectations, but they are amazing, calm and understanding people who helped guide us through the process and the day, taking away our anxiety and allowed us to have fun. They are lighthearted, warm and supportive and are exactly the type of people you want with you on your wedding day. Especially if you get easily stressed out like me. Even our guests commented on how efficiently they coordinated family photos, set up decor beautifully, and had a smile on their faces while doing it. They even vibed out to some of the music during the reception. I am truly blown away by their professionalism, work and character. Haley and Maegan, thank you so much for coordinating everything and helping ensure that our wedding was the most beautiful day of our lives thus far. If you’re in need of coordination, you want and NEED Maely’s!!! Book them before it’s too late!!

Amazing Coordinator Team!
We are so glad Haley and Maegan were day of coordinators for our wedding! We had multiple planning meetings leading up to the big day, and they were very prepared with suggestions for us and support. They handled all our setup, communicating with vendors, supported family needs, handled timeline adjustments, and checked in with us often. They are an awesome team, which helped us feel confident that our wedding day was in good hands. Best Spent Money on the Wedding
Haley and Meagan were the BEST coordinators to work with, we had several meetings before the wedding that were very helpful in creating the day of timeline. Haley was so helpful with coordinating with family members and vendors and it removed a lot of stress off my shoulders. They both did a great job of setting up my decor, managing the ceremony procession, and taking down everything at the end of the night! The schedule changed day of and they just rolled with the punches, cant recommend enough!

We don’t know what we would have done without Maely’s Events. Whether it was helping us get our wedding timeline down to a T, being unbelievably available to us for any and all tasks leading up to the big day, making sure we didn’t get an ounce of stress from hosting the event day-of, and even driving us from the reception venue to our hotel, you guys MADE IT HAPPEN for us. We are big DIYers, and to our fellow DIYers out there wondering whether or not you can do without a Day-Of Wedding Coordinator, HIRE A DAY OF WEDDING COORDINATOR. But not just any company/person. Maely’s events is an absolute, hands-down, no-brainer. Their pricing is so fair, their dedication is UNMATCHED, they are so easy to work with, and they’re just kind people who want to help others have more relaxing weddings than they had (because the owners didn’t have wedding coordinators for their weddings).
