    Absolutely seamless, thank you guys so much

    I highly recommend Resonate events!

    We honestly did not realize how much we needed a coordinator until the wedding day itself. Things just happened when they were supposed to, and we never had to ask questions or step in. It felt very natural and not overly structured and we were able to enjoy the day without feeling like we were managing it.

    Resonate events was amazing. They put us at ease throughout the planning process. The team had a great attention to detail were consistently reliable. We also ordered our flowers through them, it was exactly what I envisioned with the color palette and types of flowers. I was so sad my bouquet couldn’t last forever, but it held up beautifully and I was able to have it preserved. I am so grateful for Bella and her team for making our wedding unforgettable.

Coordination focuses on executing the plans you have already made. It involves organizing final details, confirming logistics with vendors, and overseeing the wedding day so everything runs smoothly. Planning involves building the event. It can include budget development, vendor sourcing/booking, design direction, and ongoing guidance throughout the planning process.
