Reverie & Co Events is dedicated to crafting moments so thoughtfully designed, they feel like something you didn’t even know could exist. We care deeply not only about our couples’ experience, but also about the way every guest feels throughout the celebration. Our goal is for each person in attendance to feel as though they’ve been part of something truly extraordinary—a once-in-a-lifetime event that lingers in memory long after the last toast. From art to order, every detail of our planning process is intentionally designed to bring this vision to life. We are passionate about love stories. It's at the foundation of everything we do.

Design is one of our favorite parts of the planning process. We pull inspiration from everything - experiences we’ve had, feelings, magazines, music, textures, travel, colors, fabrics, tableware, and the small details of everyday life. Every element is thoughtfully curated so that the final design feels completely reflective of the couple. We prioritize accessibility and organization - our team ensures that emails are answered within 24 hours, all information is meticulously stored, and details can be accessed whenever.

    Absolutely Fantastic

    Niela is an absolute rock star. She made our wedding planning process feel so easy, and her support on the actual day was everything we could have hoped for and more. We are so glad we chose her!!

    Brought Our Wedding Vision to Life!

    We could not have asked for a better wedding planning team than Reverie Event Co.! From the very beginning, Niela and Olivia took the time to understand our vision, personalities, and the overall feeling we wanted to create for our wedding day. Their thoughtful design questionnaire was such a wonderful starting point, and as someone with a designer's eye, I especially appreciated how collaborative and intentional the entire creative process felt. They understood my aesthetic, welcomed my ideas, and helped bring our vision to life so beautifully! Beyond their creativity, what stood out most was how much we genuinely felt supported and advocated for throughout the planning process. They consistently looked out for our best interests when communicating with vendors, were mindful of our budget, and always presented us with thoughtful options and recommendations. We never felt pressured into decisions and instead felt well-informed and empowered to make choices that were right for us and our wedding. Their communication and responsiveness were also exceptional! I had what felt like a million questions throughout the planning process (LOL!), and they were always so patient, accessible, and reassuring. Whether it was navigating logistics, discussing design details, or addressing last-minute concerns, they approached everything with professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. What made Reverie even more special was the warmth and kindness of their team. They brought such sweet, positive, and calming energy to our wedding day. Even our family members and guests commented on how wonderful and personable they were! It meant so much to have people surrounding us who were not only incredibly skilled at what they do but also genuinely enjoyable to work with. Reverie truly knows what they're doing! Their expertise, creativity, organization, and attention to detail made such a difference in our wedding experience. More than just bringing our vision to life, they helped make the entire planning journey feel meaningful, collaborative, and memorable. We are so grateful to the Reverie Event Co. team for everything they did to make our wedding so special.     Flawless Wedding Thanks to an Incredible Planner

    We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Niela. Hiring her was hands down the best decision we made. From day one, she was incredibly organized, thoughtful, and on top of every detail. She brought on assistants who were just as wonderful, and together they coordinated seamlessly with all our vendors. My caterer reached out to me and specifically said "where did you find Niela? she was absolutely wonderful to work with". Her ideas, resources, and recommendations saved us money while still allowing us to have the wedding day of our dreams. And best of all - not a single thing went wrong on wedding day! Everything ran perfectly, and that is entirely thanks to her. We are endlessly grateful and couldn't recommend her more.

    Call them today before you do anything else

    Niela and Olivia at Reverie & Co made sure our wedding was seamless, stress-free, and truly a day my husband and I could slow down and enjoy. I was hesitant to hire a coordinator—because frankly, I’m cheap—but when you’re investing so much into one day, you need someone organized, thorough, and assertive to execute your vision. This is a team of true professionals who go to bat for you in every way. They ask important questions you’d never think to ask, run point on the thousands of tiny demands that get thrown at a bride, and stay ten steps ahead of every potential issue. My only regret is not hiring them sooner in the planning process. I had the best wedding ever, and I can’t thank Reverie & Co enough for helping make that happen.

    She’s the best!

    I can’t stress how incredible Niela is. This is the kind of planner that you want on your team. Not only is her work ethic impeccable, but she has an unmatched sense of style that helps elevate every event she is a part of. She also sees clients as people first, and always make sure their needs and devotions are taken care of.

No! Our team holds that entire weekend for you and your guests!
Yes, we have a team of however many people needed to make sure your event will run the way it should. There is a minimum of two people at every event.
Yes! Although we do focus and plan mostly weddings we have planned all events from engagement parties, baby showers, bachelorettes, birthdays and more!
Yes! We love traveling and also have dual citizenship which makes our lives a lot easier! We have traveled a lot in our personal lives, but we have already had events in the Cayman Islands and Miami! We have events coming up in the next year in Puerto Rico, and Carmel Valley California!
Most of our clients are full or partial planning and design so we want to make sure we prioritize our time dedicated to these productions. Please reach out with day of coordination about 6 months prior and we will be able to work with you if we aren’t booked that weekend!
We don't limit any time that we spend working with you and on your event. We make sure that all of us feel comfortable and confident.
