I chose Rose & Ivy Event Planning for my wedding decor and I have no regrets! Victoria did an amazing job! She helped me create my vision, gave me several options for everything we discussed, and was extremely detail-oriented in a way that demonstrated she had things under control even when I was losing my mind. Her overall professionalism and execution from start to finish was more than I could have asked for. Rose & Ivy Event Planning and Decor does not disappoint because they go above and beyond what you expect. Thank you a million times over!

Victoria and the entire Rose + Ivy team did a PHENOMENAL bringing our design vision to life for our Honeymoon Sendoff reception last month. We came into this process with a big vision, and a somewhat tight budget. Victoria assured us from day one that she’d be able to deliver on our vision and would make it work within a budget we were comfortable with, and she did just that!! In our first design meeting, we were blown away with the professional mock-ups and how she turned our loose ideas into a beautiful reality. When we felt some sticker shock around our seating chart, Victoria helped us pull the design back to an equally beautiful look for less. Seeing how the Rose + Ivy team transformed the venue day of was incredible!!! Everything flowed together so beautifully, and it felt like we were stepping into a tropical getaway in Hampton, VA. Victoria is a consummate professional and it’s clear that she truly cares about her clients and puts her whole heart into her work. Our cake got messed up the day before, and Victoria did not hesitate to help us beautify our replacement cake to fit the theme. As a super type A person, I could truly relax and let Victoria take the reins on our design planning and I’m so grateful to her! 10/10 would recommend for any and all future events!!

Working with Victoria at Rose and Ivy was hands-down the best decision we made for our wedding. Because of our demanding work and travel schedules—and planning from out of state—we simply couldn't be super hands-on. From our very first meeting, we shared our vision and overall vibe for our wedding at The Gala 417, and Victoria listened so intently to everything we wanted. Beyond being insanely organized and quick to communicate, Victoria is just a genuinely great person to work with—patient, personable, and a true professional. She has exceptional taste and an incredible eye for the details. She knows exactly what looks good and what doesn't, and we leaned heavily into her expertise. We especially appreciated that she would honestly let us know if she thought we should make a different choice based on her experience, always guiding us toward the best possible outcome. She also presented us with an incredible, curated list of vendors who aligned perfectly with our style. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly patient with our limited availability, never missing a beat and keeping execution moving forward seamlessly with zero stress on our side. Victoria truly took care of literally everything. Since we weren't based in VA Beach, it meant the world that we didn't have to worry about a single detail or bring anything other than our clothes for the wedding day. She even proactively thought through full rain contingency plans when bad weather threatened (though luckily, the rain held off!). Victoria brought our dream day to life flawlessly. I would hire Rose and Ivy over and over again!

This company did a prom send off for me. They were very professional, and I was pleased with the outcome. The communication was spot on every step of the way. They took pride in their craft where they wanted perfection in their finished product . I will book them again.
