Caroline is the BEST!
We absolutely could not have asked for a better wedding planner than Rye Street Events. From our very first call, I knew Caroline was going to be amazing to work with. She immediately made me feel comfortable, supported, and most importantly, calm. I am someone who tends to be anxious and likes to be in charge of everything, so trusting someone else with such an important day wasn’t necessarily easy for me. But if there is anyone I trusted more than myself throughout the wedding planning process, it was Caroline. I felt so relaxed because I knew she had everything taken care of. She was always communicating with us, consistently asked the vendors the right questions, and was always several steps ahead. She handled our vendors so well and provided thoughtful feedback and suggestions based on her experience. Beyond being incredibly organized and professional, Caroline is warm, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about her couples. On our wedding day, I was able to truly be present and enjoy every moment because I knew she had everything under control. We are so grateful to Caroline and her team for making the entire process feel so much less overwhelming and for giving us the peace of mind to truly enjoy our wedding. We couldn’t recommend her enough!

Caroline is the best!!!
We hired Caroline for month-of wedding coordination and for our welcome party, and she was such a joy to have with us on our wedding day. She had such a cool, calm, collected demeanor, and I knew our wedding was in good hands. It rained on our wedding day, and she handled it with no problems at all. When one of my bridesmaids' bouquets was missing, she handled it so seamlessly that it showed up before the stress could even kick in. Leading up to the wedding, she was so thoughtful and organized. She asked questions that helped us see the full picture and think through any loose ends we hadn't considered, with fun ideas to share. She was super sweet, worked so well with all of our other vendors, and brought an energy to the day that we absolutely loved. We were so happy to have her by our side, and she played such a big part in making the day feel effortless.

Absolutely amazing experience
Words cannot express how thankful my husband and I are for Rye Street Events! Caroline was absolutely amazing to work with. She was sooo personable, punctual and professional and friendly right from the very start. I knew we made the right decision from the beginning with her very fast response time. We chose to do month-of coordination for our wedding and Caroline met with us ahead of time to explain her role prior to us deciding to go with her. She ensured that our wedding rehearsal was organized and kept everyone on track, and that our wedding day was as smooth as possible, she took care of all the bumps, when we were running behind she was quick on her feet to move things around to keep us on schedule without feeling stressed. I cant thank Caroline and her assistant Maddie enough for their help making our wedding day truly unforgettable. They even broke everything down and helped us to clear out the venue when the wedding was over which was such a HUGE help! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Rye Street Events and am so thankful that I can across them. You will not be disappointed!

The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding!
Hiring Caroline and her incredible team at RYE Street Events was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. From the moment we met Caroline, her calm energy, professionalism, and attention to detail immediately put us at ease. She took the time to understand our vision, our priorities, and all the little personal touches that mattered most to us. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Caroline was a true lifesaver — organized, responsive, and three steps ahead of everyone. She coordinated with all of our vendors, created a seamless timeline, and made sure every detail was covered. On the actual wedding day, she and her team executed everything flawlessly. We had purchased a lot of decor and we trusted her to put the vision together, which she did perfectly. Because of Caroline and RYE Street Events, our day ran perfectly. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing — all we had to do was soak it all in. She handled every hiccup quietly behind the scenes and kept everything feeling calm, joyful, and completely stress-free. We hired Caroline for day of coordination services for our wedding and she absolutely WOW’ed us! Between our pre-planning meetings, our big day, and easy decor pick up - she was organized, communicative, and an absolute joy to work with throughout the planning process. She tackled all our requests with a smile and was adamant about making our design vision come to life.
