Our daughter was married in July 2025. The wedding was at our daughter’s horse farm and there were 125 guests. We used Amber to help with coordinating and overseeing the day of the wedding. She was extremely easy to deal with, kept us on track in the weeks leading up to the wedding and took care of the wedding day details so we were able to enjoy the day. I would highly recommend her and I am so grateful we used her. The day was wonderful!! Thank you Amber!

Amber-Lynn was my wedding coordinator for my June 14, 2025 wedding at Chamard Vineyard. My wedding was about 30 people and Amber-Lynn ensured my special day went smoothly. Amber-Lynn is super organized, meticulous, thorough, professional, and passionate about her craft. You can tell Amber-Lynn takes pride in her events and truly loves what she does - this translate into giving you the best wedding you could ask for! Amber- Lynn was always easy to get ahold of & and quickly responsive. She took all the stress off my wedding day and allowed me to enjoy while she made sure every detail was perfect. She did the whole venue set up for me, had an organized itinerary, and helped with my ceremony music. Cannot recommend her services enough!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I officiated my brother’s wedding, and he and his wife hired Amber as their coordinator. From start to finish, she was organized, detail-oriented, and made the entire wedding feel completely seamless. As someone who had never officiated a wedding before, I especially appreciated how helpful Amber was in walking me through all the little details that came with officiating. Because of her guidance and preparation, the ceremony went flawlessly and so did the rest of the wedding! I can’t tell you how many guests said it was the best wedding they had ever attended, and Amber was a HUGE reason why.
