Amber made our wedding day smooth as butter

Amber helped us coordinate our wedding on 8/22/26, and we truly could not recommend her enough! She was SO helpful throughout the entire planning process and made sure our wedding day went off without a hitch. We met with Amber several times leading up to the wedding, and she helped us create our timeline, communicate with all of our vendors, review contracts to make sure everything was in order, and make sure we didn’t overlook any important details. A few weeks before the wedding, she came out to our venue and walked through the property with us. This was especially helpful because we were having our wedding on family property rather than at a traditional venue. Amber also attended our rehearsal, coordinated the ceremony, and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when. On the wedding day itself, she worked with all of our vendors so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She was great about checking in with us throughout the day while still being very under the radar. She always seemed to know exactly where she needed to be and what needed to happen next. Having Amber there allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding day without worrying about logistics or putting out fires. She was organized, attentive, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. We would highly recommend Amber to anyone planning a wedding. She was absolutely wonderful!

Our daughter was married in July 2025. The wedding was at our daughter’s horse farm and there were 125 guests. We used Amber to help with coordinating and overseeing the day of the wedding. She was extremely easy to deal with, kept us on track in the weeks leading up to the wedding and took care of the wedding day details so we were able to enjoy the day. Amber-Lynn was my wedding coordinator for my June 14, 2025 wedding at Chamard Vineyard. My wedding was about 30 people and Amber-Lynn ensured my special day went smoothly. Amber-Lynn is super organized, meticulous, thorough, professional, and passionate about her craft. You can tell Amber-Lynn takes pride in her events and truly loves what she does - this translate into giving you the best wedding you could ask for! Amber- Lynn was always easy to get ahold of & and quickly responsive. She took all the stress off my wedding day and allowed me to enjoy while she made sure every detail was perfect. She did the whole venue set up for me, had an organized itinerary, and helped with my ceremony music. Cannot recommend her services enough!

Amber was exceptional from the beginning! She is very personable, friendly, and very detail oriented. She asked me questions on details I hadn't even thought of! I love how much she communicated with me and helped me to set deadlines for projects and kept things moving along smoothly. I loved that there was an option to do video calls along with in-person meetings. She made me less stressed and was very helpful with guiding my wedding party and all my guests on the day of.
