I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience. I went in feeling completely lost and unsure about what I even wanted, but she made the entire process feel so easy and comfortable. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, taking the time to walk me through every detail, from different diamond styles to the perfect band color that would match my vision. What really stood out to me was her communication. She was always quick to respond, answered every question I had (no matter how small), and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the whole process. I never felt rushed or pressured! just supported! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and wants them to walk away with something they absolutely love. Thanks to her guidance, I ended up with a piece that feels so me, even though I had no idea where to start. I’m not exaggerating when I say that one of the best decisions we made for our wedding was working with AP’LAS. Every step of the way, they were there! They made our dreams a reality and were so patient with us despite all of the stress that comes with wedding planning. Especially with designing my ring and my wedding gown! I had a dress that made me feel like a goddess, and I’m quite content knowing my ring is unique! Do yourself the biggest favor and hire AP’LAS! I’ve already shared their information with family and friends and some coworkers.
