Hello to all looking to Celebrate Life! We hope to get an opportunity to meet you in person, but until then please let us share a little bit about ourselves and our passion for event planning, design and coordination. Mike and Julia love to coordinate special events and weddings for the greater good of every soul, from the bride and groom and hosts, to the guests and staff. After all, this isn't just a wedding day, birthday, anniversary, baby shower, etc.; it is an opportunity for all involved to participate in an honored day.

When planning any event, there are many people involved that would like to assist or may feel obligated to. We pay close attention to the needs of all, so that if someone wants to truly be a part of it, we find the right place without compromising the desires of the hostess or bride. The most rewarding feeling of any special event is to look out among the crowd and feel the love, passion, and happiness and say “this night, this reception/party/event/celebration is why we do what we do."

Most Amazing Day-Of-Coordinator
Julia was AMAZING for my 10/03/2026 wedding at Holcomb Valley Ranch in Fawnksin, CA. She went above and beyond my expectations as a day of coordinator. We started communicating about wedding plans early on and even met in person about a month before our wedding. On the day of she put in SO MUCH WORK! She did the set up, helped the photographer and family when needed and made sure our day ran smoothly. I could not have done this without her! Her husband Mike was also a great bartender!

Julia Is Amazing!
I honestly don’t know how we would have pulled off our wedding without Julia. I had started planning really early in advance, and she made me feel supported and taken care of the entire time. She always answered my questions and never made me feel like I was bothering her. Having someone so kind, patient, and dependable made me feel at ease. Anything I was nervous about, she made me feel reassured that it would all work out. And it did!! On our wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about anything. I just showed up with a box of stuff I wanted to use, handed it to her, and she kicked me out and told me my job was to relax! Lol. The entire wedding day she made sure everything ran smoothly and I can’t even tell you how amazing that was. It allowed me to be present and stress free and to enjoy the day, and everything came out beautifully. We loved her so much that we even asked her to officiated our ceremony. She did a beautiful job, and several of our guests made a point of telling us how great she was and how she really captured our love in her words. We also hired her husband as our bartender, and he was amazing as well! By the end of the night, my kids absolutely loved him and were calling him “Big Mike.” lol. I would wholeheartedly recommend Julia and Mike to anyone planning a wedding. We’re so grateful for the care put into our wedding and for helping us enjoy a day we’ll remember forever! I really felt like I had a friend with me all along the way.

Best Planner Ever!
Working with Julia and the team at Serendipitous Events By Julia & SEJ Productions was a game-changer for our wedding planning. From day one, Julia communicated with us daily and stayed consistent throughout the entire process, which made us feel supported every step of the way. She listened carefully to what we wanted and paid close attention to every detail, making sure our vision came to life without breaking the bank. Julia understood our budget constraints and knew exactly how to work within them to create the wedding we dreamed of. Julia is a lifesaver!
Julia is an incredibly detailed and organized person. Every call we had with her had a pre-planned agenda and I could tell she knew the most important things to cover in each meeting. She helped brainstorm numerous ideas for us to make our wedding more special. She also took in mind when Omer said something would be out of budget and came up with more cost effective options. She is friendly and fun to talk to and you will end up being just as good friends with her as you are colleagues. I highly recommend Julia for your wedding planning needs!

Best decision!
Working with Serendipitous Events By Julia & SEJ Productions was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Julia was right there with us from start to finish, answering questions and solving problems before we even knew they existed. She and her team handled everything from sourcing flowers at the market to keeping the whole timeline running smoothly, and she did it all with genuine warmth and care. What really stood out was how Julia made sure my husband and I were taken care of on the day itself—she had food and drinks ready for us before cocktail hour so we could actually enjoy the moment. Always a step ahead! Beyond her incredible skills as an amazing event coordinator, Julia is simply a beautiful human who truly listens and shows up for you.
