Owner & Lead Planner

Victoria is equal parts project manager and wedding wizard. She has an extensive background in restaurants, hospitality and venues. Before diving into weddings, Victoria spent several years managing large scale web development projects. She brings a systematic and sensible approach to weddings and is a huge fan of automating anything and everything. When not wrangling weddings, you’ll most often find her listening to a podcast while chasing after her little girl. Some of her favorite things are coffee with cream, Hudson Valley hikes with her husband, and making a mess with her Kitchenaid mixer

We are hospitality professionals at our core. We have been known to wash dishes in a crunch, will always make sure you're hydrated and can wrangle a wedding party and family unit with out breaking a sweat. We rely heavily on tech to make your planning process super seamless.

    Exceptional

    There are no words to express how grateful we are to Victoria and her team. They completely owned the wedding planning 3 months out for our partial planning service. They’re fantastic communicators and left no stone unturned. We didn’t need to answer a single email, lift a finger, or think about vendor communication. And when our weekend came, we didn’t need to worry about a thing. We had a slight mishap where the venue couldn’t find our canned drinks we shipped to them for our welcome bags, and without our knowledge Victoria and team ran out to replace them and they were fantastic. They took care of EVERYTHING! They are one of one and the team you want when planning one of the biggest days of your life.

    The wedding planners you should absolutely hire

    Tori and Val were fantastic to work with for our wedding as day-of coordinators. They lined up several meetings and had open communication in the weeks leading up, so everything ran extremely smoothly that weekend. There are a million behind the scenes things that happen, and it was great to have a team you trust to handle it all while we were spending time with our friends and family

    Thank you Tori!

    Tori was our wedding planner and we could not have done it without her. She helped keep us on track with planning, helped us find vendors in our budget, and made the day of run so smoothly. We just got to enjoy our day knowing everything else was taken care of by her team. What I most loved about Tori was her super calm attitude throughout the whole process which was exactly the vibe we wanted and needed. Thank you Tori!!
