Highly recommend Taylor To You Events
Taylor was our wedding coordinator for our wedding in July and she and her team were so wonderful to work with! We had already had most of our vendors booked so we went with Taylor To You’s wedding management package, and it was so so helpful! After spending some time planning things on our own it was such a relief to have Taylor’s expertise as she brought all of our plans together and helped make it come to life. Leading up to the wedding we had multiple planning calls, she took over all the contact with and organizing of the vendors, and ran our rehearsal. She was friendly, organized, helpful, responsive, and answered all of our questions. She and her team ran the day of our wedding so smoothly! It was so nice to be able to relax during the wedding knowing that they had everything handled. Along with organizing all the vendors and setting up the decor, she communicated with us throughout the day, made sure we had everything we needed, and even helped out with my young niece and nephew when they weren’t cooperating. We definitely wouldn’t have been able to do it without them! Highly recommend booking Taylor To You for your wedding!

We truly can't recommend Taylor and her team enough!! I thought I could do it all without a coordinator and ended up hiring her a little over 60 days before our wedding, and I am SO glad I did!!! From the moment we booked, Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and reassuring. Every time we had a question, she had an answer, and she made the entire planning process feel so much less overwhelming. About a week before the wedding, I remember asking her on our final planning call if there was anything I still needed to do or if I needed to reach out to any vendors. She smiled and said, "Nope, everything has been taken care of." Looking back now, I can't imagine trying to manage all of the last-minute details while also communicating with every vendor, confirming timelines, and making sure everything came together. Taylor handled it all behind the scenes so we could actually enjoy the final week before our wedding instead of stressing. On the wedding day, Taylor wasn't feeling well (she even got an IV!), but you never would have known it. She was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. We didn't have to answer a single vendor question because she had everything under control. She bustled my dress, helped fix my hair before the after-party, made sure we always had food and drinks, kept us on schedule without ever making us feel rushed, handled every setup and cleanup detail with her amazing team, and brought our vision to life exactly as we imagined. Because of Taylor and her team, we were able to be fully present with each other, our family, and our friends instead of worrying about logistics. If you're debating whether to hire a wedding planner or coordinator, do it, and hire Taylor! We are so incredibly grateful for everything she and her team did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. We truly couldn't have done it without them!!!

Best coordinator/planner!
We had the pleasure to work directly with Taylor for our wedding and had a great experience every step of the way. From our first call I knew I was going to book her as our coordinator due to her down to earth personality and obvious experience. She was incredibly helpful with planning leading up to the wedding, and on the wedding day we truly did not have to worry about a thing. If anything did not go to plan on the day we had no idea because she took care of it before we needed to worry. Highly recommend her and her team for your wedding!

The best coordinator!!!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Taylor To You Events! Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of, and that's in large part thanks to Taylor's incredible coordination behind the scenes. The day itself was so busy and full of moving parts, but Taylor had everything running like clockwork. we never once felt rushed or stressed. What stood out most was Taylor's calm, reassuring presence. Whenever a question came up or something needed attention, Taylor handled it quietly and efficiently without us even noticing. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our day because we knew Taylor had it all under control. If you're looking for a coordinator who is organized, warm, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect, taylor is the greatest. Hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!
