The Day Of Company offers Day Of Coordination for couples who have made (or are in the process of making) all of the plans for their wedding but would like a professional Coordinator (who also happens to be incredibly pleasant to work with) there that day to ensure those plans come together. From steaming dresses & garments to managing vendors (without being bossy) to answering questions from anyone and everyone to wrangling people for photos or transportation and so much more – we make sure all of the moving parts are managed, setup is executed, logistics are handled, items are placed and our clients & their families are enjoying the day.

We don't offer full service wedding planning - just the Day Of. Our clients make their plans and we make them happen. The Day Of offers a straightforward service at a fair price. We're flexible, easy to work with, and on top of every detail. While our focus is executing your plans and details on the Day Of, we are involved during the lead-up and would be happy to share more detail on our process.

    Amazing team from start to finish

    We had such a great experience working with The Day Of! Caroline was so helpful and responsive throughout the planning process, and Kristina and Jackie were amazing on the wedding day. They kept everything organized, made sure the timeline flowed smoothly, and handled all the little details so we could actually relax and enjoy the day. We felt really well taken care of from start to finish and are so grateful to the whole team. Highly recommend!

    The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding

    Going with Caroline as our Day Of Coordinator was easily one of the best decisions we made during the planning process. From our first official call with her, the extreme stress of trying to pull everything off ourselves had immediately washed away, as we left the call with a clear idea of what needed to be done and where to focus our attention. Suddenly we had an expert to talk us through decisions we had been on the fence about and considerations we never would have thought of. When talking with vendors afterwards, it was always so refreshing to hear “I already talked with Caroline about that and we’re all set” and just knowing behind the scenes someone was taking care of us without having to ask or nudge. During the actual day, everything was planned out by the minute so we never had to worry about being late or deal with any issues, which truly allowed us to be present in the moment. The Day Of Company was one of the biggest reasons our Wedding Day turned out to be everything we dreamed it could be, and we can not recommend them Caroline enough for any other couples reading this hoping their wedding will be the same.

    A huge help on our special day!

    Working with The Day Of Company made our wedding day stress-free, and that's all thanks to Isabella. She anticipated problems before they happened and thought of everything we didn't—from keeping track of our phones and loose cards to managing all our vendor tips. When the florist delivered our bouquets in the wrong color, Isabella didn't hesitate to have them completely re-done so our flowers were exactly what we'd imagined. Her attention to detail was incredible, and she solved every issue that came up without us even having to ask. Isabella was kind and professional throughout the whole day, and we felt so taken care of. We can't recommend The Day Of Company enough.

    Our wedding!

    Caroline was our primary contact, both during the planning process and on our wedding day. She kept us organized every step of the way - her attention to detail and thoughtful approach made such a difference in how smoothly everything came together.     100% recommend hiring The Day Of Company!!!!

    Working with The Day Of Company for our August wedding in Brooklyn was one of the best decisions we made. Joanna is extremely professional, organized, and communicative. She thought of absolutely everything and made us feel like we were in good hands the whole way. The day of coordinators on her team, Caroline and Mags, were absolute stars as well.
