I found Madison a month before the wedding date and she felt like an answered prayer. From day 1, Madison was able to provide support and guidance that I hadn't considered. My wedding had several vendors and required a great deal of communication and execution. On the Day of the Wedding, The Day of STL, handled a vendor hiccup with no problem and I was able to enjoy the day with no stress. Madison and Team kept us on time the wedding flowed beautifully. I hired Madison as our day of coordinator due to feeling stressed about other people in my world "working" during my wedding day instead of enjoying it. Madison made sure with her whole heart that this did not happen. She took care of everything and many things we were not thinking of. She handed out NYE celebration supplies when I did not think to do that (just for the photo booth), made sure I stayed on schedule (my other biggest stress), and even found my grandmother a handicapped accessible bathroom. And most importantly, my family and friends were able to enjoy our wedding day completely. She took care of setting up, taking down and everything in between. Every meeting or text exchange with her calmed my nerves so I felt confident going into the day. It is very clear that Madison has excellent organization and execution skills and is truly a joy to work with. If you are thinking about hiring a day of coordinator, Madison is your girl!!

On the days leading up to the wedding, Madison was so organized, willing to answer any questions we had, and provided a helpful template to organize all of the details for the wedding in one place. On the day of the wedding, Madison and Leslie made sure that everything ran smoothly and truly went above and beyond to make sure that we weren't stressed and able to fully enjoy the day. Wish I could give 100 stars!! Our wedding was not possible without Madison from The Day Of STL. I wavered on hiring a day of coordinator and hiring her was the best decision in the planning process. Madison asked about what was important to us and focused on those things (and so much more). Madison and team set my vision up (and took down) perfectly, thought of things that did not cross my mind, and most importantly made sure the people that we loved the most were able to enjoy our wedding day. Having someone you trust, who is personable and professional running the show on your most important day is invaluable. She brings the party, positive vibes and a calming presence.
