From partial planning to day-of coordination, The Final Detail provides personalized support tailored to each couple and their vision. Our goal is simple: to make the planning process feel lighter, the wedding day feel effortless, and every final detail feel intentional.

You’ll still enjoy being part of the planning process, with the reassurance of a trusted professional beside you to create a wedding day that feels effortless, intentional, and completely yours.	Day-of Coordination is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding and are ready to relax and enjoy every moment\. I’ll step in to manage the timeline, coordinate vendors, oversee setup, and handle the little details behind the scenes\. From the first arrival to the final send\-off, I’ll make sure everything runs smoothly so you can be fully present, celebrate with the people you love, and truly enjoy your wedding day\.

Down to the Final Detail... Perfection
Rachel was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the very beginning, she was attentive, organized, and incredibly well-prepared. She was there every step of the way and made the entire planning process feel manageable and enjoyable. What impressed us most was how calmly and professionally she handled every curveball that came her way. Her suggestions were always thoughtful and kind, and she has an incredible eye for detail. She anticipated things we never would have thought of and kept everything moving in the right direction without ever making us feel pressured. When the big day arrived, we were able to simply enjoy the event because Rachel had done such a fantastic job with all of the planning and preparation. Everything went off without a hitch, and that was largely because of her hard work behind the scenes. Rachel truly helped make our event a success, and we are so grateful for everything she did. She was professional, thoughtful, dependable, and genuinely wonderful to work with. We would recommend her without hesitation!

I can't say enough good things about The Final Detail! They really go above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of. One thing that really stood out to me was how smoothly everything came together and how much thought went into making the day special. Weddings can be so stressful, and having someone else handle everything is absolutely worth the investment. Being able to relax and just enjoy the day was priceless! Highly recommend!
