I provide wedding day execution support for couples who have already planned their wedding but want someone there to help everything run smoothly. I step in on the wedding day to oversee set-up, ceremony flow, vendor check-ins, guest guidance, timeline management and reception transitions all the way to your grand exit, depending on the package you choose.
4-6 weeks before your wedding: We’ll discuss your wedding plans and priorities in detail to determine how we can best support your day; 2-4 weeks before your wedding: Turn everything over to me, and I’ll handle the rest! You'll provide your finalized wedding details, vendor information, and event logistics. We’ll confirm details with vendors and create and provide a customized timeline outlining key events, responsibilities, and the flow for your wedding day.; Wedding Day Peace of Mind: We'll focus on supporting the plans we've discussed and helping keep the day moving smoothly so you can be fully present and enjoy your celebration.
Yes! With travel fees applied for anything > 30 miles from home base.
