The perfect day
She was absolutely incredible! She handled vendor communication, VIPs, decor, and every detail seamlessly. She made our day stress-free, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment, even dinner together! She worked tirelessly from setup to teardown, and her hilarious personality eased our nerves. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of!

Amazing Day of Wedding Coordinator!
I honestly don’t know how we would have done our wedding day without Tori from Golden Hour Events! I planned our wedding myself and am a VERY Type A person who is used to being the one planning, organizing, and executing events—so handing everything over to someone else on such an important day was not easy for me. Tori made it effortless. We had an initial meeting, check-ins throughout the planning process, and several conversations leading up to the big day. She took everything I had planned and executed it beautifully, keeping our timeline and all of the different moving parts on track so I could actually enjoy our wedding instead of managing it. What I appreciated most was that Tori could take direction while also making sure we had thought through everything—including details I may have overlooked and backup plans and contingencies in case something changed. Having someone else thinking ahead and making sure everything was covered was such a huge relief and took an enormous load off my mind. She was also amazing at keeping me calm when my “planner mode” wanted to take over! Even if you are someone who loves planning and feels like you have everything handled, I would STILL highly recommend having Tori there on your wedding day. There is such a difference between planning an event and actually being able to step back and enjoy it while someone you trust executes your vision. She communicates incredibly well, has a fast response time, and has great recommendations and resources for just about anything you might need—including her brother, who can help with DJing and so much more. Tori truly allowed me to be the bride instead of the wedding planner on our wedding day, and that alone was priceless. We highly recommend Tori and Golden Hour Events!

The best day of coordinator
We hired Tori from Golden Hour Events LLC as our day of coordinator and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She kept everything running on schedule while staying calm and collected, which was especially impressive when the entire city lost power right in the middle of our event, I felt completely at ease knowing she had it all under control. Beyond just managing the timeline, Tori took our DIY decor and arranged it so beautifully that it exceeded what I had envisioned on my own. From start to finish, she maintained such a fun and uplifting energy that made the whole day feel effortless. If you're thinking about hiring a day of coordinator, the answer is yes, and Tori is absolutely your person. We didn't feel stressed once because we knew everything was in her capable hands.

Tori and crew
My daughter in law hired Tori as her wedding coordinator and had only great things to say about her. She kept in touch regularly and always responded promptly with any questions that came up. She guided the wedding party from rehearsal all the way to send-off after the reception. She made certain to include special touches that the couple wanted during the ceremony and reception, double checking on everything to make sure it was flawless. She and her staff had walkie talkies that helped with constant communication the day of between coordinator, bride, venue staff, etc. If you need (and you do!) an experienced wedding coordinator with a helpful, calm demeanor, Tori is a wonderful choice.

Golden Hour Events
Golden Hour Events was amazing. Tori had great communication AND execution. She was organized and not afraid to take charge which I appreciated very much. Very pleased with GH Events and highly recommend Tori’s expertise. Thorough, kind, efficient but also making my day more than I imagined! My day went smoothly because of her.
