What sets me apart is how personal the experience is. I’m a type A person with a Type B personality! I am deeply involved, proactive, and genuinely invested in my couples. I don’t just execute a plan — I protect your peace and make sure your wedding day feels exactly the way you hoped it would. I focus on weddings that feel personal, not cookie-cutter. Tori and crew
My daughter in law hired Tori as her wedding coordinator and had only great things to say about her. She kept in touch regularly and always responded promptly with any questions that came up. She guided the wedding party from rehearsal all the way to send-off after the reception. She made certain to include special touches that the couple wanted during the ceremony and reception, double checking on everything to make sure it was flawless. She and her staff had walkie talkies that helped with constant communication the day of between coordinator, bride, venue staff, etc. If you need (and you do!) an experienced wedding coordinator with a helpful, calm demeanor, Tori is a wonderful choice.

Golden Hour Events was amazing. Tori had great communication AND execution. She was organized and not afraid to take charge which I appreciated very much. Very pleased with GH Events and highly recommend Tori’s expertise. Thorough, kind, efficient but also making my day more than I imagined! My day went smoothly because of her.

Mother of the Groom
Tori was incredible! If there was a hiccup or delay with a vendor she was behind the scenes working her magic so the bride wasn’t stressed. By the end of the night she was more like family and we got her on the dance floor for a quick break to celebrate all she accomplished and for making the wedding more than we could’ve imagined. Highly recommend using her if you are looking for a flawless wedding. You will not be disappointed!

I cannot recommend Tori enough! From start to finish, she was incredibly organized and made sure every detail was taken care of so my wedding day was absolutely perfect. She kept me calm throughout the entire process, constantly checked in to make sure I was doing okay, and truly made me feel supported every step of the way. If any issue came up, she handled it immediately before I even had a chance to worry about it. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to stay on top of everything allowed me to fully enjoy one of the best days of my life. She was absolutely amazing, and I truly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. I am so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day so special. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about making your day stress-free and unforgettable, she is the one!
