For more than 13 years, weddings have been my world. It’s what I know, what I love and where I feel most at home. Through Vegas For My Wedding, I help couples plan Las Vegas elopements and micro weddings, offering full planning, partial planning and day-of coordination. I genuinely love creating meaningful celebrations, bringing all the details together and seeing my couples happy and fully present on their wedding day.

What sets me apart is how personally invested I become in every wedding I plan. With 13 years of experience in the wedding industry, I know how to anticipate problems, manage the details and keep everything moving without making the day feel rushed or stressful. My couples are never just another bookingI listen, I care and I treat every wedding with the same attention and urgency I would want for my own.     Maria made our Las Vegas wedding dreams come true!

    Maria cared about us, our wedding & making sure we had everything we needed to create our dream wedding. The arches were absolute perfection. Every detail, beautiful, thoughtful & exactly what we envisioned. Our photos…WOW Incredibly beautiful & captured our day in a way we will treasure 4ever. YES, the price is absolutely worth it. We didn’t just pay for wedding services. We paid for peace of mind, knowing someone experienced, thoughtful, detail-oriented took care of our wedding from start to end.     Nelson Ghost town wedding Feb 26

    Our crazy decision to get married in Las Vegas led us to start searching for wedding planners, and that’s when we discovered Maria and her Vegas For My Wedding website. Her enthusiasm and passion for the locations she offers immediately caught our attention. We soon found ourselves watching all of her YouTube videos, which were full of helpful tips about what you need to do to legally get married in Vegas. We arranged an initial call with Maria and were blown away by her friendly manner and the amazing vibe she created around the idea of getting married in Vegas. We quickly fell in love with the Nelson Ghost Town option and had everything booked within a matter of days. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for Maria. From every little detail needed for the big day, to recommendations for hair and beauty, as well as suggestions for restaurants and helicopter rides around the Grand Canyon, she had everything covered. As the months passed leading up to our trip in February, we stayed in regular contact with Maria to finalize details such as flowers, cake, and transport to the venue — all included in our package. When the big day arrived, everything went exactly as planned. We were picked up in a stretch limousine and whisked away with our friends to Nelson Ghost Town, about an hour outside of Las Vegas. The ceremony and celebration were simply perfect. Maria and her team were there throughout the day for any last-minute adjustments and, of course, for the photos — which were actually what first won us over when we saw how beautifully Maria had photographed this location before. Maria guided us and our wedding party through the Ghost Town to capture all those must-have wedding shots. After our last few photos, we headed to the famous Las Vegas sign for a few of those must have shots. The most wonderful day, perfectly planned and delivered by Maria and her team, ended with a final few pictures by the iconic Bellagio fountains. Afterwards, we headed to the Mayfair Supper Club for dinner to celebrate. A huge thank you to you, Maria, and your amazing team. You made the whole experience completely stress-free and everything ran without a hitch. Our biggest challenge now is choosing which photos to use from our wedding! Thank you again for the most wonderful day.

    Exceptional service

    Working with Vegas for my wedding has been such a blessing, both as her client and as a fellow wedding vendor. I truly cannot recommend her enough! She has photographed some of the most meaningful moments in my family's life, including my baby shower and our family photos, and every experience has been amazing. She has an incredible eye for capturing genuine emotions, beautiful details, and those candid moments that become lifelong memories. Weddings have been my world for more than 13 years, and I’ve been lucky enough to be part of hundreds of them. I specialize in Las Vegas elopements, micro weddings and celebrations that genuinely feel like the couple from intimate chapels and scenic outdoor ceremonies to casino, resort and reception weddings. After this many wedding days, I know how to spot the little details, stay calm when plans change and keep everything moving so my couples can relax, be present and actually enjoy their day.
I’m the owner and lead planner, so you’ll work directly with me throughout the planning process. I also have a trusted team behind me who assist on wedding days and make sure we always have the support and backup needed. I’m extremely selective about who I work with if someone doesn’t meet my standards or share the same level of care for my couples, they’re not part of my team. You can feel confident knowing everyone involved in your wedding has been personally chosen and fully trusted by me.
That depends on the planning package you choose and how much support you need. Full Planning includes ongoing communication and up to five planning meetings or venue walk-throughs. Partial Planning includes monthly check-ins beginning 4 - 6 months before the wedding, while Day-of Coordination begins 4 - 6 weeks beforehand. No matter the package, I stay connected, keep you informed and make sure you never feel like you’re figuring everything out alone.
Absolutely! Many of my couples live in another state or country, so planning from a distance is completely normal for me. I’ll guide you through the Las Vegas options, recommend trusted local vendors, organize the logistics and keep everything moving through virtual meetings and regular communication. You don’t need to know Las Vegas or make multiple trips here...that’s exactly why you have me on the ground.
A wedding planner keeps the big picture and all the tiny details connected. Depending on your package, I can help with budgeting, venues, vendor selection, design, contracts, timelines, floor plans, rehearsals and wedding-day logistics. I also keep everyone informed, anticipate potential problems and make sure you’re not spending your engagement trying to manage a hundred moving pieces alone.
Full Planning is best if you want support from the very beginning, including your budget, venue, vendors, design and wedding-day management. Partial Planning is ideal if you’ve already booked your venue and some key vendors but need help pulling everything together. Day-of Coordination is for couples who have completed the planning and need someone to take over the final details and execute the day. I also offer specialized planning for Las Vegas elopements and micro weddings.
Both! I can help with your ceremony, reception or the entire wedding-day experience. Some couples need support organizing a simple ceremony, while others want help connecting the ceremony, transportation, photography, reception and all the little moments in between. We’ll build the level of support around your plans so the entire day feels connected and flows naturally.
Communication is a huge part of the planning process. We’ll connect through email, video calls, scheduled planning meetings and text messages when appropriate. I use email for important details and documents, video calls for bigger planning conversations and text for quick questions or time-sensitive updates. You’ll always know what we’re working on, what comes next and what I need from you.
Yes! Rehearsal coordination is included in my Full Planning, Partial Planning and Day-of Coordination packages when a rehearsal is scheduled. I’ll guide everyone through the ceremony order, entrances, positioning and important cues so the wedding party feels comfortable and knows exactly what to expect before the wedding day.
That’s exactly why I’m there. Weddings have a lot of moving pieces, and sometimes something unexpected happens. My job is to stay calm, find the best solution, communicate with the right people and handle as much as possible behind the scenes. With more than 13 years in the wedding industry and a trusted team supporting me, I’m prepared to adjust quickly while you stay focused on enjoying your day.
To officially reserve your wedding date, you’ll need to sign the planning agreement and submit the 25% non-refundable booking fee. The booking fee is applied toward your selected package. Once both are received, your date is officially secured and we can begin planning!
Once your agreement is signed and your booking fee is received, we’ll schedule a welcome meeting, in person or virtually, to talk through your wedding, priorities and vision. I’ll explain the planning process, establish our timeline and organize the next steps based on your package. From there, we’ll begin turning all those ideas into an actual wedding plan, one clear step at a time.
