Our team is based in Chicago, Illinois and Sarasota, Florida. We work in New York City often and travel worldwide... wherever our couple's love takes us! We begin working with you from the very start, whether you book our team for coordination services or planning services.

Over 12 + years of full time experience, we have worked with couples coming from various religions and cultural backgrounds. From a large, black-tie wedding to a small, intimate beach wedding, we help plan and execute the wedding of your dreams!

    Lindsay Really Cares and Delivers!

    We had such a wonderful experience working with Lindsay! From the beginning, it was clear that she genuinely cared about us and our wedding, and I always felt like we were in good hands. She was thoughtful, dependable, and responsive throughout the planning process, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing I could count on her. Where Lindsay truly shone, though, was on our wedding day! She went above and beyond with all the preparation, coordination, and hard work that went into making everything run seamlessly. She arrived early, stayed late, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure every detail was taken care of. I was able to be completely present and enjoy our wedding without worrying about a thing, which is exactly what you hope for in a wedding planner! I’m so grateful for all the care and effort Lindsay put into making our day special. It’s clear that she takes her work to heart, and I would absolutely recommend her to any couple looking for someone they can trust with their wedding!

    Lindsay and the entire team at Verata Luxe were a pleasure to work with. We were excited to have our wedding in Chicago and thankful we met Lindsay. She and her team have decades of experience in the industry and it shows. From their level of organization, to their onsite execution, the team at Verata made us feel comfortable and relaxed about our wedding day. I was initially skeptical about needing a wedding planner but I am so thankful we used one.
