Amelia is a pro!
Our wedding would not have been the same without Amelia! When you spend countless hours planning every single detail, you want someone you can rely on to take everything to the finish line, and that's exactly what Amelia did as our day-of-coordinator! She executed our vision flawlessly and made it all come to life. Amelia was very organized and detail oriented leading up to the wedding and on the day. Amelia was great at communicating not only with us, but also with the numerous vendors that we had to bring into our venue. The venue pretty much only provided the space, so she oversaw everything from rentals to catering from load in to load out. She also checked in with us throughout the day to see if we needed anything/gave us a heads up before any bigger moments we had on the timeline. We also had some personal decor we brought in, and Amelia set it up so beautifully it really exceeded our expectations! Not only did everything go according to plan, but the wedding was better than we could've hoped for! It was a huge relief to have Amelia's help so we could spend the time with our friends and family without having to worry about the logistics on the big day. Absolutely recommend Amelia to help with your wedding / event planning!

The Best Investment We Made for Our Wedding
Amelia was our day-of coordinator and she was absolutely fantastic. She was communicative, thoughtful, and a true thought partner throughout the entire process. She proactively got ahead of potential issues and was able to execute seamlessly with minimal guidance. On our wedding day, I never once had to think about logistics, timing, or anything else — and that is truly the highest compliment I can give.
