Every couple deserves an Angie!
I honestly cannot believe how lucky we were to have Angie as our wedding planner! Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made, and I would choose her a thousand times over. Angie was the first and only planner I spoke with. After our very first phone call, I told my husband, “She’s the one.” I felt an immediate connection with her, but I had no idea then just how much she would come to mean to us. She was the most amazing planner we could have asked for. When I talk to other people about their experiences with wedding planners, I realize all over again how extraordinary ours was. Angie went above and beyond every single time. Her devotion to her clients is something you feel in everything she does, from the time she gives you to the attention she pays to the smallest details. I always felt like our wedding mattered to her personally. Angie took charge and guided us through the entire process with so much confidence and care. She showed up for every meeting and always knew exactly who to call for anything and everything. Her knowledge and vendor connections were incredible, and having her by our side made even the biggest decisions feel manageable. Our venue, Sunstone Villa, required us to bring in every single vendor and all the infrastructure, including lighting, a kitchen, and bathrooms. There were so many moving pieces, and Angie handled every little piece of that enormous puzzle like an absolute queen! Seeing how much she coordinated and how beautifully she brought it all together left us in awe. Throughout the planning process, she made me feel heard, understood, and so incredibly cared for. She was the person I could turn to when I felt overwhelmed, and her calm, reassuring presence meant more to me than I can explain. Behind our beautiful wedding were countless hours of her hard work, dedication, and heart. We saw how much she poured into making it happen, and we will forever be grateful. Our wedding was the happiest day of our lives, and getting to see everything we had dreamed about come together was unbelievable. Angie will always be such a special part of those memories. What I never expected when I hired a wedding planner was to find someone I would love so much as a person. Somewhere along the way, through all the calls, texts, laughter, and conversations about life, she became a dear friend. She truly was one of the greatest gifts of this entire experience. If you are considering Weddings with Angie, this is your sign to hire her! I wish every couple could feel as supported and cared for as we did. We love you, Angie, and still cannot believe we were lucky enough to have you by our side.

Angie, you were absolutely incredible to work with. We had a wonderful time partnering with Angie to create our dream wedding. She was recommended to us by our venue, The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, and we are so happy we chose her! Angie has such a positive personality, always kept everything under control, and never let us feel overwhelmed. It was so smooth at times we wondered what we were forgetting, and Angie always reassured us that we had it all covered. She did it ALL - from getting our vendor rates and availability sorted to showing us all our options and details that made the day come to life. Through our regularly scheduled calls and all the messaging in between, she asked all the right questions to help guide the process, (even for things we hadn't even thought about) and was always available for the one-off questions and to keep us sane, especially during those final two critical months before the big day. Angie also has a wonderful website that organized all our to-do lists, inspo pics, budget info, timelines, vendor details, etc. We didn’t realize how essential something like this was for keeping us on track, and it was little extra details like this that made such a difference. It's because of Angie that we had such wonderful vendors, a significantly less painful planning experience, and a flawlessly executed wedding day!

Absolutely incredible!
We were lucky enough to have Angie as our wedding coordinator in 2018. Planning a wedding can be stressful and overwhelming but having a wedding coordinator like Angie makes the entire process enjoyable and seamless. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to create a magical experience. Angie’s preparation makes it so that you don’t have to worry about anything on your special day and can truly enjoy every moment. I cannot recommend Angie enough to be your coordinator; you’ll be so glad you did!

If you have the opportunity to hire Angie to plan your wedding DO IT! She was the absolute best person possible to have by my side throughout the process and on my wedding day. She handled everything for us and did it all with a smile and made the wedding planning process actually enjoyable. When it came to the day of, she was present and available for us and handled everything flawlessly. We LOVED her and would recommend her to anyone looking for the best wedding planner in California.
