Off Season Weddings (Nov-April)

Off-peak pricing $2,200-3,100

Description

Off-season weddings have a smaller guest max because of limited indoor space. Our meadow hall is fully insulated and heated. It is designed to accommodate up to 50 guests, but we can host of to 64 guests if needed. You still have access to the rest of the property if weather cooperates, but the whole event can take place indoors if the weather does not

OUTSTANDING VENUE
I could say a million nice things about Chris, Aubrey and their staff. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and needs minimal decoration depending on your style. They set up all the chairs, tables and linens and even changed linens and dried off chairs when a rain shower came through before the ceremony. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire event and as a wedding planner, I really appreciate when a venue takes care of the big task so I can focus on the fine details. My bride was more than pleased, as was I. Ballard Meadows is easily one of the best outdoor venues in the Spokane area!!

The Absolute Best!
We chose Ballard Meadows for our wedding and couldn't have made a better decision. When extreme wildfire conditions threatened our day, the owners stayed calm and kept everyone feeling secure, which meant the world to us. The venue itself is gorgeous with both indoor and outdoor spaces, giving us options for any weather situation. From our first conversation through the big day, the owners were thoughtful, responsive, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They guided us through every step and answered our questions quickly without making us feel rushed. If you're trying to decide on a venue, Ballard Meadows should be at the top of your list.

A Heartfelt Thank you
We are so grateful to Chris and his wife at Ballard Meadows for helping make Sydney and Ty’s baby shower such a beautiful and special day, especially after such a heartbreaking time following the couple loosing there first home in the old trails fire in Spokane. The owners were incredibly kind and understanding, even giving us the option to cancel at the last minute if we needed to. Their compassion and willingness to work with our family meant so much. It was truly a sweet reminder of how people come together during difficult times. They gave our families the perfect setting to just be together as a family. We couldn’t be more thankful for their kindness and beautiful venue!

Beautiful, Charming, Amazing Venue
From the moment we arrived at Ballard Meadows, we knew it was the perfect place to celebrate our daughter's wedding. The venue is not only stunning, but also so charming. The grounds are so beautifully maintained that we barely needed to add decorations. Chris is a joy to work with - he responses quickly to every question and guided us through the entire process with kindness and professionalism. Even as the Spokane Fires began, Chris and his team remained calm and ensured everything ran smoothly, making our special day feel effortless. I highly recommend Ballard Meadows for anyone looking for a picture-perfect wedding venue. Easy, Friendly, Beautiful!
The grounds and gardens are so beautiful at Ballard Meadows, we hardly needed to decorate! Our early June wedding went so smoothly, with big thanks to Chris for helping facilitate the rehearsal and being on hand for help with questions and physical tasks the day of. The pricing was incredibly reasonable and transparent with lots included. Communication was easy and clear, with quick replies to questions via email or text. All in all, I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend it to anyone looking for a gorgeous garden vibe for their event. Thanks, Chris!
