Experience a seamless celebration with access starting the afternoon before through 10 PM on your wedding day. Prepare in two furnished bridal lofts with kitchens and choose from three scenic ceremony sites. We handle tables and chairs (setup/breakdown included) and provide parking attendants. Enjoy premium extras like arbors, wine barrels, a fire pit, and heaters at no cost. Rehearsal dinners for up to 50 and overnight stays are available for an added fee!

    Perfect Spot for our Family Reunion

    We had our 80-person family reunion at the Barn at Edgewood and it was the perfect choice. Julie and Scott made the planning process easy and stress-free—they listened to what we wanted and worked with us to bring our vision to life. The space itself is comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed to host our whole family, from young kids to grandparents. The barn layout worked great for our caterers too, giving them plenty of room to set up and serve. We got nothing but compliments from our guests about how lovely and charming the venue was. If you're looking for a place that's easy to work with and feels just right for your event, we highly recommend the Barn at Edgewood.

    Bride

    Julie, Scott, and their team made our wedding day perfect. From the first site visit and throughout the planning process, they were amazing communicators. The venue has gorgeous outdoor spaces for the ceremony and cocktail reception. The indoor space is flexible for a reception with a dance floor. There are chairs for both the ceremony and reception as well as tables. We chose to have a June wedding and when the temps entered the upper 90s, we were grateful for the A/C reception space. Even better, there are two suites that the wedding party can use to make for a seamless process getting ready. We enjoyed our experience so very much. Lastly, the bathrooms there were also excellent and let’s be real, that’s a crucial component for any good party.

Absolutely! There is no extra fee for having your ceremony on-site.
The barn interior is approximately 2,400 square feet with a maximum capacity of 150, this does vary based on the type of reception you desire.
For larger parties brides often consider renting a ceremony tent if inclement weather is forecast. Parties of 120 and under have held their ceremony inside the barn with guests seated at reception tables during the ceremony. Your wedding planner can help you decide.
There are two restrooms within the main barn for you and your guests to use.
A professional, experienced wedding planner is required for at least “day of” services. Our associated vendors page includes planners that have worked at the Barn in the past. For more recommendations, email Julie at julie@barnva.com.
Yes, a licensed & insured full-service caterer is required. Please see our list of caterers to help start your search.
A full service caterer will provide staff to handle your meal and beverages. This staff will also set the building for your event then teardown after your event has concluded.
Our list of vendors includes both value and quality. Selections are not restricted to this list, however, we would need to meet with and approve any vendors who are new to us.
Parking is in the field adjacent to the barn. There is plenty of room, even for large buses. A parking attendant will be provided.
Yes! The Barn has central heating and air conditioning. We are excited about this and have hosted exceptional receptions in great comfort in the Barn on hot summer days. Winter events, likewise, are warm and comfortable in the Barn.
Aside from out onsite accommodations- The nearest hotel is the Holiday Inn Express and it’s 12 miles from the barn. There are also many bed and breakfasts in the area, which can be found on Airbnb and ExploreGreene.com.
