About this venue
The Barn at Tiffin Farm is an elegant, newly renovated barn on a family-owned farm in Free Union, Virginia, twenty minutes from Charlottesville, with sweeping Blue Ridge views. Say your vows on the Ceremony Lawn, gather for cocktails on the North Hall Veranda as the sun sets over the mountains, dine in the light-filled North Hall, and dance beneath the grand barn doors of the Main Hall. Every space is climate-controlled, and the Main Hall doubles as your rain plan. Your wedding party gets ready in a private Bridal Suite with four vanities and its own bathroom. One rate covers the whole day: exclusive use from 10 am to 10:30 pm, tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, a day-of venue manager, a rehearsal, and a golf-cart shuttle from parking. Dates start at $6,000, and micro weddings under 75 guests are welcome Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Book a tour, in person or virtual, to see it for yourself.

The North Hall sits 200 guests and is a magnificent location to gather for dinner or brunch. Open up the garage door or french doors to enjoy good weather, watch as the sun sets over the Blue Ridge, or take a break from dancing on the patio around a fire with your guests.

Get out on the dance floor in the Main Hall! The high ceilings and magnificent barn doors make this a great space for celebrating into the evening. The barn supplies all the power needed for your band, catering, and other vendors.

One rate, one day, and the whole place is yours. Exclusive use of The Barn from 10 am to 10:30 pm, with cleanup until 11:30 pm: the Ceremony Lawn, North Hall Veranda, North Hall, Main Hall, and Bridal Suite for up to 200 guests. Saturdays are $10,500 peak and $9,500 off-peak; Fridays $8,000 / $7,000; Sundays $6,500 / $6,000. A refundable $1,000 damage deposit and 5.3% sales tax apply.

For intimate celebrations of fewer than 75 guests on a Thursday, Friday, or Sunday. You get the same full day as a full-size wedding: exclusive use of The Barn from 10 am to 10:30 pm, with the Ceremony Lawn, North Hall Veranda, both halls, and the Bridal Suite, all with Blue Ridge views. A refundable $1,000 damage deposit and 5.3% sales tax apply to the rental.

Perfect venue
The Barn at Tiffin Farm was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. The owners were incredibly responsive, kind, and easy to collaborate with throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is absolutely stunning - the large barn doors open up to reveal a beautiful rustic space with breathtaking scenery all around. The bridal suite is especially impressive, with a luxurious and calming atmosphere. On the night of our wedding, when a storm rolled in at the end of the night, the owner even went out of his way to personally drive guests to their cars in his golf cart to keep everyone dry. We are so grateful for the Barn at Tiffin Farm team and the role they played in making our special day absolutely perfect.

What a Gem
From the moment we inquired about hosting our wedding at The Barn at Tiffin Farm, the staff was incredibly easy to communicate with, efficient in their responses, and always happy to provide helpful information. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with a spacious and warm interior that felt incredibly comfortable for our guests. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our special day went off without a hitch, and we are so grateful for the exceptional value and experience they provided.

Gorgeous venue!!!
We had our wedding here in December '23 and it is absolutely gorgeous! The farm is spectacular and the Barn is picture perfect for a wedding. Our pictures turned out great. I highly recommend Tiffin Farm for your wedding or special event!

10/10 wedding venue with wonderful people
We loved having our wedding at Tiffin Farm. The team was polite, prompt, helpful in pointing us to vendors, and full of delightful people. They were incredibly thoughtful about thinking through little things to make our day run more smoothly. I can’t think of our wedding without remembering the atmosphere of the barn and the beautiful landscape just outside the window. We were so happy we chose to get married there.

A Perfect Venue
Tiffin Farm was a beautiful, peaceful venue that was perfect for our engagement photos. They were so easy to work with, and our photos turned out amazing. I couldn't imagine having them done anywhere else. I couldn't recommend The Barn at Tiffin Farm more.
